MRM Travels — Didn't get the refund | |||
I booked the ticket in MRM Travels via redbus.com from Chennai- Madurai on 14th Aug 2015 night 11.15pm. In my pickup point was perungalathur. I was waiting there from 10.45 pm. And try to call the given contact details regarding the bus status. They said the bus was on the way. But until 12.30 they are repeatedly saying this. After that, they said the bus was already gone before the time. And they said we refund the money to your account within 5 working days. But still i didn't get any money back. I try to call them, but they didn't pick the call. i attached the photo copy with this. please refund my money asap. Was this information helpful? | |||

Same thing happened to me i was travelled from kovilpatti to chennai.. i called them and they said the bus was 1 hour late i waited in my boarding point but later i contacted driver after 10 calls he picked and said we crossed your location. And later i took another bus and went and i intimated both red bus and bus opreator but very poor response from both still they didnt refunded!
