Hi my consumer number is [protected] my name is Harjit Gujar, my average electric bill is around Rs 2200 to Rs 2400 per month and this time I got a bill of Rs 13880 this was shocking, we did go to the office and they were busy asking of what electronic devices we have in the house and then they said our systems are down and come on Friday, this is not acceptable because in the past I had the same issue where I got a bill of Rs 6800 and I had to pay that or else they will cut the line please help because I am not used to deal with the government workers as their style of working is very different.

My number is [protected] we have been to the MSEB office and they said we have not paid bills for few months, we informed them that we pay online and check on the online history and they say our system do not work which is always and they ask to pay the bills as past bills were not paid, I have attached the image below for the payment history I pay bills every month and have also paid high bills as do not have time to waste to go to the MSEB office and talk to government office employees, this time the bills are way too high.

3 phase meter 40 / 200 not available from last 2 months. We have paid the deposit also. But still we havent received any feedback from your side. Please let us know the status as soon as possible.
Consumer no. is[protected]. Billing unit 4795, Kharghar. Mr. Uday Bhiwandkar.
The bill generated is January 2019 is INR 8840 payable by Feb 18, 2019. This is an exorbitantly high amount not justifiable for the least use of electricity in home. Some facts-
1. Two people stay there only over the weekend.
2. There is no use of appliances like AC or geyser etc.
3. The past bill history can be seen to affirm my view.
4. We received bill for INR 3220 in November 2018 which was also quite high. We had approached the mseb office in Kharghar and they had informed that the officials have recently changed our meter.

I am strongly of he view that the reading by officials is wrong or meter is faulty.
This amount appears to be a bill for 10 months!!
I request immediate redressal of my complaint and the way forward. The wirings, meter, reading etc need to be rechecked. I am a retired person. And not financially capable of paying such exorbitant amount for electricity bill for one month.
Request you to kindly take down my complaint and pls do the needful at the earliest. Also advise of further course of action.

I have paid bill of may June July August but that bill was without taking reading only approximate bill is given to me .now in September Rs 3300 rupee is given to me my consumer number is[protected] name is Ravindra mahadeo Marekar at etapalli th-etapalli dist-gadchiroli

the bill amount send to me of august 2019 is 1110. This amount is very high because we do not have any electric machine like geaser, ac, even we dont have television, how is it possible to get this amount in our bill.
In august we all were on a vacation so obviously no electricity should run.
And again in september our bill amount is 1630. May i please know the reason?

if this amount is repeated every month what we will do. Instead of grocery we'll have to pay the money to electricity .
I think so this is very wrong .
And im extreamly sorry we can not pay this amount we are already suffering from financial problems.

My consumer no is[protected] with 4768 billing unit at Dombivali West S/DN-IV in the name of Shri TM Vijaykumar.
The bill amount send to me of December 2019 is 1330. This amount is very high because we do not have any electric machine like geaser, AC, how is it possible to get this amount in our bill.
From last year July 2018 till now we are staying on temporary basis at Goa and we come only 5days to Dombivali house so obviously only minimum unit electricity should run. While going through the history of our electricity bill, the bill was generated hardly between 230-300 maximum.
May i please know the reason for this month hike bill?
