MSEB Kamothe is the most useless and inefficient service. On Monday night there was no electricity from 11 to 1.30am And next day Tuesday again no electricity, they have cut off in the afternoon. Is dis fair, as it we facing water problem, in this hot weather how r we going to survive. And people with business who are dependent on electricity how will they manage. When we call on the landline to enquire there's no response lines are always busy and even if they pick its like talking to uneducated people with no manners no etiquette. Office is unapproachable, dingy and not safe at all. The staff misbehaves. Is this the service we get after paying high bills every month. Government service have always been pathetic. So if you people can't handle the responsibility, let some private company take over. I am sure they ll b 100 times better than you people. Lastly I'll make sure my complaint is forward to our Prime Minister and I'll make sure he will also be aware how people of Kamothe are suffering because of this. Was this information helpful? |
