Msrtc — Excess fare charged while tarvelling from Vashi to Pune on 27th May 2026

I am Ulhas S. Kalghatgi, a senior citizen age 75 years and 5months and 17 days, dob 10/12/1950, while travelling from Nerul to Pune on 27th May 2026,
was charged Rs280/-. Asper MSRTC rules I should have been charged Rs12/- only. Journey details as below:

On my return journey on the same day, I was charged Rs12 only.
