Hello,
I have booked e-ticket via Msrtc booking window yesterday. I used HDFC credit card while booking a ticket.
Total amount Rs.881.56/- cut from my bank account.
Transaction status - success
I checked "my tickets"on msrtc web site, but ticket status was not available nor i have received booking confirmation sms.
I checked the "availability of the seats" which i have booked, but, it was showing seats are available on msrtc site even after my booking.
I booked the seats for 2nd time and again Now i am Using UPI Payment geteway Rs.881.56/- cut from my Bank of baroda account.
The same story - i have not received booking confirmation sms and still, the same "seats are showing available" even after my 2nd booking.
Transaction status - success and got transction id Also
I have sent emails to following ids and call the following phone numbers but no response -
Requesting refund for both the transactions.
