I travelled to pune on mon and came back on wed. Both the times i booked shivneri. The fare while going was 436 & while coming was 516. Conductor dint gave the change of rs.4 both the times. This is not at all accepted. If they aint returning the money that means how much are these guys making apart from the profit earned from the tickets?? That to which has no accountability which means it goes straight into their pockets??? Was this information helpful? | 
I had booked a bus via redbus from mumbai central to aurangabad which was cancelled at the last minute. Submitted the refund document at mumbai central depot. No refund received yet.
Redbus is saying to follow up with mstrc, even after writing emails to mstrc, no replies have been received.
