Ticket no tbk01888351 pending since nov 2017.

I have called customer care and sent emails to manish taneja, rashmi kharat, sameer hoda, partha das from mswipe but no response received.
Customer care agents said i was not allowed to speak to a supervisor when i wanted to escalate the issue.

Why does it take mswipe no time at all the make new customers but take forever to finish with the old accounts!

Please help asap.

    Sub: legal representation for not issuing the payment of transaction made on 2/11/2017 on mswipe pos machine through credit card

    Dear sir,

    This is to inform you that we have made 1 transaction on 2/11/2017 for Rs 11225/- as per rule and agreement with you payment should have reached in our account within stipulated time period of 24 hours except sundays and prescribed holidays

    But on our enquiry Since 10 november we did not receive any positive response from your side as we did not received the payment by 5th june 2017.

    We made various call to customer care department in frustration and had the heated exchange of words with customer care executive as the neft number and the other reference they were giving were fake and forge. The confirmation of forge neft number was given us by the branch manager of IDBI bank to whom we shown that number

    The delay deliberately made by you and also not able to give any specific and reasonable reason for delay which has caused us great mental harassment and financial losses.

    It is therefore you are requested to transfer our amount immediately and also transfer the amount of rs. 11225/- as a fine for delaying and rs. 5 lac for harassment compensation
    Withing 15 days of this representation.

    If it is not done positively i shall knock the door of court of justice

      I have given the request for deactivation of M SWIPE machine since February 2017.But no one came and not collect the machine.I called many times to your customer care.

      But still deactivation pending, i got messages that multiple ECS being deducted from my account linked in mswipe today (december-6-2017)

      We contacted at their customer care number multiple times.

      You (Mswipe) are requested to refund the charges deducted from my bank account since February to till date immediately, as shown in the attached statements. Expecting your proper and fast response.

      PS-Mswipe has got worst customer service.

      Just now i am talk with your technician, he said that with one week we will collect the machine. I am asking my refund amount, he is saying not refund the amount...please clarify and refund my amount, i had mentioned my problem in above(Since Feb 2017 to till date I called to your technicians so many time) ..otherwise I will take serious on this.

      This is uttam dubey, i am requested many time to mswipe to get your machine away but no one is there to listen me... They are just deducting monthly charges from my account since past 3 years ... I said that there is no use please collect it back but no one is from mswipe to resolve it... So pathetic company I have ever seen
      This is Mohan Bhogale same thing happened with me. I asked Mswipe to surrender the machine on 17 th August 2021 and since then not used the machine. Today my account got debited by Rs. 472.00 as rent.
      I have a email from Mswipe saying no debit will occur from them and still they debited.
      Need to know where I can complaint.

        I harmohan singh using mswipe machine for my firm deol enterprises from year 2015 22nd november and i applied for submission of machine on 20 november 2017 but they collected machine on 25th november and their agent named vishal also collected 413 as a charge for next month and now mswipe deducted money from my bank account also.. After complaining they said they only get machine submitted but not money..

          Please prefer the below steps for generating void receipt.
          1.Kindly ask the Merchant to login on www.mswipe.com
          2.Select the date of your voided transaction
          3.Click the approved button displayed below the amount which you voided. (-2242.00)

              transactions on hold

              My name is sandeep from profit guru research pvt ltd. On 18th nov my 5 transactions were on hold with total amount of 2, 07, 000 and your co neither releasing this amount nor refunding this amount to customer.. Whenever i called to customer care they told that your amount will be release soon.. Kindly do some needful asap else i will have to go to lodge a f. I. R. Against your company for this kind of fraud.

              I have never applied for mswipe machine but someone came and installed machine at our store after every month charges rs.300/- diducted from my account i have given complaint to that executive then last year ecs also stoped but now suddenly on 28th nov 2017 number of 14 transaction debited from my account 300x13= 3900 and 1 transaction of rs.100/- and 1 transaction of rs.708/- total amount is rs.4708/- its cheating with me and never expected like this thing from swipe machine company plz stop such thing and refund my money within 24 hr otherwise i will complaint on social media

                My mswipe no [protected], b4 8 months i m using this and i informed to cancel it. But now u r deducting rs4000 in part from my account with out any intimation. I[censored] r not refund my amount or not conveying that what mistake has been happened from your side within 5 days, surely i am going to make a complaint to higher officials of our government. Being indian peoples like human rights, cm cell, pm cell are here to support me. I[censored] r ready to face those consequences be dumb with ur reply or else let me know the problem.

He is addressing those candidates and asking them to put the reference as his name for successful getting the job through the interview session also he is walking in some job consultancyfor a tied up so that they will provide him good prospects and out of which he will be profit parcent. So i am requesting to the senior authority of the head branch to look afteis matter afterall it is affecting the company goodwill in the eyes of market.                     We have been using your machine for last 3 months. Now your machine is not working. I have complaint through your customer service about 4 times within 2 weeks time but no one responded. Sorry to say that i have never seen such irresponsible and inefficient service in my entire life. Never ever i would recommend your product to anyone, instead i would start doing bad mouth publicity and propaganda against your company.
                    I am giving all the information below. If your company really cares for the customer then hope concern department would take necessary action needed.

                        After sending the below email on august, they still charging 300 + taxes and also spoke to the customer care for the below issues, they have not take the cancellation/rental wave off request.

                        August email sent to mswipe - i am paying monthly rental on the above machine no.in the name of sri enterprise. I have already made a request that cancel the monthly rental and am i agree to pay 2.5 % on an every swipe.

                        This was not done at your end, make sure dont put any rental for this month. If yes, please cancel the account and take your device.

                        After sending the below email on august, they still charging 300 + taxes and also spoke to the customer care for the below issues, they have not take the cancellation/rental wave off request.

                        August email sent to mswipe - i am paying monthly rental on the above machine no.in the name of sri enterprise. I have already made a request that cancel the monthly rental and am i agree to pay 2.5 % on an every swipe.

                        This was not done at your end, make sure don't put any rental for this month. If yes, please cancel the account and take your device.

                                This is another chapter o[censored]nprofessional behavior/unreasonable policies by mswipe team.
                                Again mswipe team held amount swiped at my outlet on 8th nov17.
                                The transactions were made on 8th nov17 for a total of rs[protected]+26000+19000+20000). The amount has not been credtied to our account and we recieved the hold messages and reverted via mail. But there is no response from the team.
                                It seems like we are shouting against a wall...
                                There is another amount of rs 5200, which is still on hold since 14th nov 2016. But still there is no idea why the amount has not been credited to my account

                                  Dear sir / madam,
                                  Weare old clients of payu and have their old pos machine.
                                  When you took over the operations of pay u, you had sent an offer to change the old machine " at no extra cost (Except rs 2000 one time) and no monthly or maintenance charges etc on 25th july. This offer was also repeated by your sales representative on phone after a few days as i was travelling.

                                  I accepted the offer and requested them to send the machine to my okhla office where the old machine will be returned and payment made. They will also be given all required document copies again (Even though these were given when we took the payu machine) which they registered and promised to deliver ina few days.

                                  There was no response fpr two months so i sent a reminder to ms harsha rani on 25th oct to replace the machine but no action is taken to date against this offer. Except sending messages that you are not able to reach our phone and talk to us. The phone is usually free, so i am reasonably convinced that this was a fraud exercise and you were never interested in actually replacing the old machine under this offer.

                                  Madam harshas mobile is constantly switched off during office hours and thee is no reply on your landline

                                  It does not reflect very well on your organisation to refuse to fullfill your written offer, and now state that we have to pay charges under various plans. This amounts to blackmail of the pay u clients that were taken over by mswipe.in fact you should have replaced all their machines in any case as a goodwill gesture.
