Hi,

I ordered POS machine in November-21 and a refurbished machine was sent. This information was not shared with me and when I raised the same false assurance was given to us that the machine will be replaced in 10 days of time, however, nothing happened. Now all the company executives are saying we only supply refurbished machines and we don't have a refund policy as well. I am feeling cheated with this company and its executives. This is not fair with any customer

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      I want to apprise you that I have already surrendered to Mswipe POS Machine 3 years ago.

      But I was astonished after seeing that Mswipe is using my mandate for deduction of Charges from the PNB Bank.

      My PNB Current Bank account number is [protected].

      For current month i.e. Jan, also you have deducted Rs. 1200 [6 times @ Rs200] inspite that I am not using the machine.

      For the last 3-4 months also Mswipe has been debiting my Bank Account continuously.

      Kindly stop this Fraudulent activity or also I will be compelled to initiate Legal.

      Did they resolve? Though they are doing debit illegally, after producting the bank statement also they are not ready to refund my money... Very bad

        This is my ticket number (complaint number)

        After surrendering the device and cleared all the rent before giving back the device And after being 6 long years of surrendering the device the amount has been debited from my account on Jan 25th 2022... And that too in a fraction of minutes 900rs in a single day.. The device had given back in the year 2015... I want to know what was the company doing since 6 long years, without any intimation the amount has been deducted... And raised the complaint on 25th January 2022 and since then have not got any solution..not no1 from the company side responding properly... They keep saying 48hrs..but no1 turns up .. please credit back my money... Your a frauds.. after 6long years the amount is deducted is not at all accepted... Attaching the screenshot of debit ..

            Hi... My business has been closed 5years ago, and surrendered the mswipe machine to the respected company..But the rental amount is deducted now from my account.. on January 12th 2022 the amount of 300Rs is deducted..And again today that is 25th January 2022 The amount of 300Rs deducted three times back to back it is the total amount of 900Rs today and 300Rs on Jan 12.. So credit my money back to my account...

              Swiped own card, Amount not returned

              I have a Mswipe Machine, I swiped my own Credit Card for Ra. 15000/- by mistake. I requested thru app to refund back the amount in the card but its over a week now but neither the amount is returned back in the Card nor Credited in my Savings A/c. The request submitted is also removed from the app. Customer care people said it will be refunded back in account with in 7 days but now its over a week but still amount is with Mswipe only....

              Dear Team,
              This is Raj Thilak (User ID: [protected]) from Chennai and I am now not having a relationship with mSwipe.
              I surrendered and closed my mSwipe account three years ago.
              Last month, I had an ECS deduction of Rs.350/- from mSwipe from my bank account.
              I was informed by my bank manager that the ECS mandate agreement with mSwipe was still active and they had not canceled it.
              I wonder that before three years, I personally visited mSwipe office near Redhills and submitted the termination/ surrender form.
              Also for not handling the device I was charged more than Rs.5, 500/- which was debited from my bank account.
              After three years, on today (12/01/2022) I am getting another deduction of Rs.350/- from my bank account.
              The lost device was found a year back and with me.

              My concern is
              1. Permanent cancellation of mSwipe account along with the ECS mandate agreement presented with my Indian Overseas Bank account.
              2. I need my rental deduction back in my bank account
              3. Now the lost device is available with me and I will surrender it. Instead, I required the refund of the device's lost cost (Rs.5, 500/-) deducted from my bank account.

              Till now there is no response. Only one month deducted rental (Rs.350/-) has been reversed. Ensure the refund for device charges & provide NOC with acknowledgement for cancellation of ECS mandate.

                  I have closed my swipe machine and i am already returned that mswipe machine 6 or 7 years back but today (15th Dec’21) they debited 350/- from my account without any notice. And bank charged 600/- for ECS cheque return. And bank also charged ECS charges. What is this. I have already closed my mswipe account. Mswipe customer care people not responding to my call. I went to Mswipe office in Kachiguda but office is not there. They are creating fake office address in Google.

                  But the Mswipe ecs charged 350/- from account at that time there is not funds in my account. From Bank they charged 600/- for ecs cheque return charges. Total 950/- is in negative balance showing for my account. I am already checked with bank people they are saying that you need to clear -950/- to your account to continue using this account. Please refund that amount as soon as possible. It is not my problem. It is totally your fault.

Rahul Makwana Called to me on 3rd Jan’2022 they cleared the outstanding and he said 950/- negative balance will be credited in 48 hours to the same bank account.please check and refund the amount.

                      Today I got a call saying that the rent 1774 is still pending, excess rental has been already deducted, and also I have not received my refund amount for the device and they are asking me to pay the rent, and this is not a fair practice. I suggest please look into it ASAP and take strict action against this company

                      I raised a complaint in the month of Jan-20 and they have collected the device in the month of July-20, still, i paid the rent for all the months and I have closed my restaurant due to COVID-19. they are harassing me

                            I have ordered wireless headphone combo on Widgetshunt portal with Cash on delivery option.
                            Got message from ekart that product will get deliver today.
                            While delivering the product below mswipe link have sent as message to pay the money Rs.1599.

                            I have paid the money through this link, amount deducted from bank account and received below message.
                            "LINK SALE APPROVED INR 1599.00 at TID 42P03943, userId [protected] INSTAKART SERV on 12/20/21 10:30:40 AM, Auth#474244. http://t.mswi.pe/CJivxC"

                            but delivery person said the amount is not received yet, and asked to pay the money through gpay again and raise the complaint, you will receive the money back.

                            So please help me to get the money back as I have paid the amount twice, one through mswipe link and another through gpay.

                            Kindly help me to get the money back please. I have attached the payment details for your reference.

                                      Hello Mswipe team,

                                      I would like to complaint that I have been charged today on 15 December, 2021 for Rs.2800.00 with Transaction ID: ACH/TP ACH Mswipe tech/[protected], for which I want a full refund as soon as possible.

                                      The Mswipe account was closed with required attached receipt and charges to one your Mswipe employee on 25/11/2020. Your employee confirmed that there will no charges from thereafter.
                                      Your employee also denied to refund me the refundable deposit amount of RS. 2500.00 which was been claimed and deposited at the time of installation.
                                      The employee said that the deposit was non-refundable on the time of handing over the device.

                                      Mswipe has deducted an amount of RS. 2800.00 without my authorisation, I need Full Refund of the above amount in addition with the refundable deposit amount of RS.2500.00 at earliest which in total is RS. 5300.

                                      Request to verify the details and attached receipt and take appropriate action as soon as possible.

                                      These are fraudulent charges, your company employee confirmed me that there will be no charges from the day I have returned the device. And I was clear enough that I had not used Mswipe for a long time. It is wrongly charged, you need to improve and hire professional employees who do their work properly and do not fraud/cheat customers. I need my refund as soon as possible. Further, the company needs to follow up with the employee who closed the case with returning of the device. If you have saved data of customers, you are not allowed to deduct unauthorised amounts on name of any previous balance when the device was already handed over with a confirmation from your employee for no further charges.
                                      You need to verify the receipt which I have attached with this thread.

                                      Stop fraudulently charging customers for no service provided. And again you have avoided the refundable deposit amount of Rs.2500 which you claim against the device. But do not refund back when the device is returned back.

                                      This is the worst experience ever for providing no service and being fraudulently charged for the same.
