Sir, myself and my brother bought 2 small units of shops (JS 225, JS 226 measuring 100 sq ft each) in MSX Mall, at site-IV, UPSIDC, Greater Noida (UP), on[protected], from MSX Builders in name of our children, Jasleen Kaur, Jaspreet Singh and Jatinder Singh. The Address of the company is ..

[protected]@msxdevelopers.co.in, [protected]@msxdevelopers.com), whose Director is Ms Garima ( Ph No.. [protected], [protected]). I bought these units with the condition that I will get assured return for Rs. 9053/- for each shop. After two years, the company stopped paying the assured return and they also changed the location to SF 241A & SF 241B, saying that the earlier location's map was not approved. Again the comp. merged these 2 units and the assured return (which they stopped earlier) and again allotted changed the location to FF 202 (measuring 230 sq ft.) on[protected]. In the agreement, the possession date for this lockable showroom was[protected]. Now they are delaying in giving possession, saying that they have given this space to some one else on rent, (without any information and agreement ). I am being harassed by visiting to their office hundred of times, but all in vein. And now they have stopped even receiving my phone calls for the same.
On[protected], I had a talk with Ms Garima (director) from my another ph no. regarding the possession(as she doesn't pick my ph from my known ph no.). I told her that I am going to write your goodself for the same... she replied that nothing will happen if I make any complaint, (USS SE KYA HOGA???? ) I am having recordings of all conversations with her and with the company's employees, Mr. Naaz (ph no.. [protected]), Mr. Faiz Khan (ph no. [protected]), Mr Sandeep (ph no.. [protected]), all of them have sopped picking my ph calls. I am having all the agreements with me.
Sir, please help me out to secure my hard money and harassment from these people who are not aware of the poor people, how they are earning and investing in these type of projects.
