Mtailmodeecom Flipkart — Damage product given by the seller

The seller give a damage product to the customer and after I complaint too many times by the Flipkart the seller not replace the product till yet and the seller misguide to the customer. I will file a police case against seller and Flipkart.so as soon possible replace the product otherwise I will file a case against seller.
