Dear Flipkart Customer Support,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent purchase I made on your platform. On 2nd September, I ordered hp printe 580 with Order ID od[protected] and unfortunately, the product I received was in a used and damaged condition.
Upon opening the package, I immediately noticed that the product appeared to be previously used and not in the new condition that I expected when making the purchase. Additionally, there were visible signs of damage, including full of leakage and full ink is spread in all printer even some parts like ink bottle cartridge and caps are missing
I would like to request one of the following resolutions:
Replacement: I kindly request that you arrange for a replacement of the same product in new and undamaged condition as soon as possible. I am willing to return the current product at your convenience.
Refund: If a replacement is not feasible, I request a full refund for the purchase amount to be credited back to my original payment method.
I believe in Flipkart's commitment to customer satisfaction, and I trust that you will promptly address this issue. Please let me know the steps I need to follow to facilitate the return process, or if there is any additional information required from my end.
