The seller give a damage product to the customer and after I complaint too many times by the Flipkart the seller not replace the product till yet and the seller misguide to the customer. I will file a police case against seller and Flipkart.so as soon possible replace the product otherwise I will file a case against seller...
I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue with the recent delivery of Order #OD[protected]. I have attached all the required images depicting the packaging and product condition upon receipt.
Regrettably, I received a used product, as evident in the attached images. The product has clearly been delivered to someone else before me, as indicated by the visible name, address, and returning address. Both the packaging and the product itself have sustained damage during transit.
Furthermore, I did not receive the invoice and manual for the product. The box in which the product arrived is old and belonged to someone else before it reached me. It appears that I have been sent a previously returned product.
In light of these issues, I kindly request an immediate replacement for the product. I understand that such situations can occur inadvertently, and I trust that Flipkart's customer service will promptly address and rectify this matter.
