I had ordered TP-Link VIGI NVR1016H from Flipkart on 6th October, and it was delivered on 9th October 2023. However, when I opened the box today (27th November 2023) to install the camera, I found that a different product was delivered to me. I immediately contacted the customer care team to report the issue, but they refused to provide any solution, stating that I didn't raise a concern within seven days of delivery. While I understand that I should have checked the product upon receiving it, sometimes it's not possible to do so immediately. I am not complaining about a faulty or damaged product but a completely different product that was delivered intentionally by the seller. This is fraudulent and illegal, and it's not the first time I have faced such an issue with Flipkart. I would like to file a legal complaint against Flipkart and the seller for fraud and request a replacement for the product.
