Yesterday i travelled to thiruvattriyur, while returning around 8pm i catched 1B bus to return home, bus usually goes up to tambaram and they said upto guindy an charged same charges..i paid 20 and he denied to pay rupee 1and others as well. Before getting down i checked with him to repay rupee 1, he is angry and shouted at me..some people not asked bus no. Tn 01 -09101.

Respected Managing Director, Yesterday morning (11th September 2013), at 8:05 am, we three girl students of a highly reputed school took a C51 Deluxe bus at Pudhu Nagar bus stand (Medavakkam). It had very few passengers, most of the seats were empty and wet so we didn't sit. the conductor who was talking with the driver came towards us and used abuse words. He scolded that " poi ukkaru naye, oc tickectula vandhuttu vazhiya marachittu irrukinga" in a very unpolite manner. but there was enough space for him to go to his seat. also he did not wear his identity. He also told that " peria vengaya padippu, ne schooluku poringala illa vera edhukkavadhu poringala".he used lot of abuse words. our parents pay tax and go in bus, also the tamilnadu government has brought up scheme with free bus pass - how can he say oc tickectu. It was exam time , we were very disturbed by his rubbish talk and was not able to concentrate in exam. he was scoldin till we got down charateristics : dark tone (brownish), wore specs, was short. I request the managing director to take severe action against him and suspend him. not only this bus but most of the bus conductors behave the same way to all the students. when students climb up the stairs the conductor gives a whizzle and they take away the bus. thanking you.

Hi, i'm travelling in AC buses daily for the past 3 years and i faced many issues with MTC. AC bus drivers always do rash driving and does not care about public safety. Yesterday (Sep 10) i traveled in the AC bus((Anna Nagar Depo Vehicle -ANI 2676 ) 114 Redhills-Vandaloor Zoo) as usual and bought the ticket to Sanatorium. on the way the bus driver was about to do accident the bus with a Tanker and a Load auto. and the bus escaped...

Respected Sir / Madam I request kindly to introduce the service 62C Redhills - S.R.M.C regularly. This was the only service connecting between Redhills and Iyappanthangal, Porur, Ayanambakkam, Vanagaram, Kummananchavadi and SRMC. I would be of great benefit if they re-introduce this service agai. Kindly please do the needful.

நான் சென்னை அருகில் உள்ள குன்றத்தூர் முருகன் கோவில் அருகில் வசித்து வருகிறேன். –“குன்றத்தூர் முருகன் கோவில்” என்று இரண்டு (60A) பேருந்துகள் மட்டுமே பலகை (Board) வைத்து இங்கு வருகின்றது. இப் பேருந்தைத் தவிர இங்கு வரவேண்டிய பெரும்பாலான பேருந்துகள் குன்றத்தூர் பேருந்து நிலையம் வரை மட்டுமே இயக்கப்படுகின்றன. மேலும் இங்கு வரவேண்டிய 88C இங்கு வருவது நிறுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது. இதற்க்கு மாற்றாக 88K ஒரு சில சர்வீஸ்கள் மட்டுமே இயக்கப்படுகின்றன. முறையான கால அட்டவணை எதுவும் கிடையாது. அவர்கள் (ஓட்டுநர் மற்றும் நடத்துனர்) நினைத்தால் வருவார்கள், இல்லையெனில் “இப்படியே திருப்புப்பா” என்று சொல்லிவிடுவார்கள். இதனால் தினந்தினம் கோவிலுக்கு வரும் பக்தர்கள் மற்றும் இங்கு வாழும் பொதுமக்கள் படும் பாடு சொல்லி மாலாது. எந்தப்பேருந்து கோவில் வரை செல்லும் என்று கேட்டாலும் எங்களுக்கு தெரியாது, எதுவானாலும் Depo-வில் போய் கேட்டுகொள்ளுங்கள் என்று சொல்லிவிடுகிறார்கள். இதனால் இங்கு வரவேண்டிய 88C, 88K, M88, 88D, 66A, 60E, 566, 578A போன்ற என்ற பேருந்தும் இங்கு வருவதில்லை.
566பேருந்து இயங்க ஆரம்பிக்கும் போது செய்தித் தாள்களில் வாசகம்:-

இந்த ஒரு கிலோ மீட்டருக்கு ஆட்டோ ஓட்டுநர்கள் வசூலிக்கும் தொகை ரூ.10/-.
தயவுகூர்ந்து இந்த தகவலை உடனடியாக பரிசீலனை செய்து தகுந்த நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கம்படி கேட்டுகொள்கிறேன்.

I joined his comapny worked for a month asked my salary,. but he was telling i will give afterthat he put my name in reject list and not responding, explained him everything about my health problems,.he has tied up with JETKING co. he will take commissin form them if he make any student to join there, really fake and cheater. he will tell students to join for the course. really biggest cheater in the world. please take immidiate action.

Bus 11A from t nagar bus depot. to broadway BUS CONDUCTOR HORRIBLE BEHAVIOUR AND HARASSING GIRLS.

Bus ticket serial number is 75354 (GR 17). Date of incident July 10, 2013.

The bus started from t nagar depot around 6 PM today.

THE CONDUCTOR IS TALL, WEARS GLASSES AND DARK IN COLOUR..He is not old or young, i cannot guess his age, but I hope bus ticket serial number I have given will help concerned authorities nab the culprit.

me and my friend (also girl) got into bus at tngar bus terminus and the conductor statred to talk to us after sometime. he asked us our name and he started to touch me. I was shocked and tried to go to another seat with my friend. but he came again and wanted to find out my mobile number. I said no and got down from bus immediately. I wanted to complain immediately but i did not note down bus number. I think it was deluxe bus.
Please take action against this conductor (Bus no. 11A Tnagar to braodway). I am very angry and upset with this kind of behaviour. and did not expect this from MTC bus.
I hope action is taken againts this culprit crooked bus conductor.

I wish to bring to your notice that, I am passenger of MTC for the past 5 years residing at Thiruvanmiur. On 18/5/13 around 4.30pm while I was walking inside the bus stand in west Tambaram near vasanthabhavan to board the bus C51 which was already standing inside the bus stand. At that time the above mentioned bus was entering very rashly and wrong side to the bus stand. ( usually all the buses will enter inside through the first left and exit through the other side.) This bus was entered through the other side, behind of me very rashly and almost I would have hit and fell down but luckily by God grace I was escaped.

Sir, I just asked the driver “why are you driving like this?” he said “ if you walk on the middle of the road, will happen like this” and he used some derogatory words. But I knew, I was walking very carefully and he only came through the wrong side and rashly.

Sir, I believe, because of driver like him, many accidents take place. So I request you to take the necessary action on him, so that he will learn the road discipline and how to use the Government property on the road, and I hope the same.

Yesterday (04/13/2013) I travelled in the 21G route bus - TN 01 N 8341, boarding the bus at Tambaram Sanatorium at around 9.15 pm and I got down at Gandhi Mandapam at 9.50 pm.

I asked the conductor for a ticket to Gandhi Mandapam giving him 20 rupees. The ticket cost being 15 rupees, he did not give me the balance amount back and asked me to get it "later".

I asked him for the balance when the bus reached Guindy (the last stop after which I should get down) and he very rudely said, "Get up and come if you want the change". I even got up from my seat, not believing that a conductor could be this rude when I ask my money back.

I had to ask him for the balance literally 3 times before he could even look at my face, even though I was standing very next to him. He pretended to search for the change with an extremely annoyed look and when he gave the 5 rupee coin to me, I should say , he dropped the coin in my palm the way people normally hand alms to a beggar.

To the authorities of MTC, what kind of a behaviour is this I do not understand.

I did not ask for money from his pocket, nor did I pester him for the change. I asked him for the balance only a stop before I was about to get down. Even if the conductor did not have the balance 5 rupee , I am fine with it. But I cannot accept such a behaviour towards me.

Will the concerned authorities sensitise the conductor to behave civilised when he is in his duty ?

I was travelling by 570 AC volvo N9461 today from Jain college Thoraipakkam to Chhettinad Health city boarded at around 2:15 pm . The charge of ticket was 45 Rs.
I gave driver 100 Rs and he returned me 5 Rs, telling me that he is not having change now. I waited and i saw him getting change from passengers coming in between, even then he didn't give me change.
There was one more passenger sitting beside me who also has to get 50 Rs from conductor. when my stop was near conductor gave the person beside me 100 Rs saying that we two share the money.
Now he was going to kelambakkam and i was going to Chhetinad. when i told the conductor then he got kind of angry that what shall i do i don't have change. I tried to make him understand but he was just so rude to listen anything.

1)He had change as i saw it in his bag.

2)If he was not having change he was suppose to arrange change from somewhere or in worst case should have asked me before boarding if i had the change or not to board.

I had no option then to lose my 50 Rs because i had to reach the hospital early and coming back from kelambakkam was not an option.

Most of these bus conductors are very rude since they confidently feel that passengers can do nothing to them in any case.

I would suggest MTC to put helpline number in each bus clearly visible so that in such situation a passenger can call and some solution could be done instantly.

Daily i use to take 21G from mandaveli to pallavaram to my office. Today i get in to 21G (bus no.CDI 2389) it was a cut service one from mandaveli to tambaram at 8.15 am. I gave 100 rs for ticket to conductor and he said no change so i gave extra 5 so that i can get 90 rs round. When the bus crossed Guindy as a remindance i asked him the change. He sighted me and i asked him to give the change. But then he started shouting stating,"why are you always asking the change often(only once i asked)" and also said if you keep on asking i will not give the change. So in reply i said if you do so i will make a complaint and i have the number for that. From then he said i will not give the change until unless if they come here. But atlast when i reached the stopping only he gave the change. He is not even respecting his higher officials in the department when i intended to complaint and as a whole spoiling the dept without knowing his duty. He has been appointed as the public servant but he is unfit for the post. There are graduates jobless, if you opt them they know their duty well and not like this illiterate conductor behaviour towards the passenger. He don't know how to treat the passenger and also he is not afraid for his higher official then how come he will fit in to this. So you have to take a severe action againt him so that it wouldn't happen in the future and not cracking bad name for the department.

RAJENDRA PRASAD is 31 years old CEO/Managing Director OF THE FAKE COMPANY "MTC GROUP OF COMPANIES" studied in PES IT, BAngalore he is from Rajasthan he is the fraud person whom i have ever met in my life, who lies to the candidates who come for the interview and takes money frm them and never returns back and he does fake promises that he'll give the jobs to the students coming to him, his target will be BE freshers who have done JAVA course. However there are few branches of his SMALL company one of them is in MARATHALLI, As he is planning to open his company in other states so i request the INDIAN Govt to not to allow him to open any branches in any states. He has lots of attitude and tell people that he can do any thing and tells he has contacts with Bangalore POLICE so that no one comes up and put any complaint.

At 10 PM, We took 5A bus from TNagar to get down at Saidapet. Coming out of CIT Nagar, the bus turned left instead of turning right (supposedly due to AR Rahman show at YMCA Nandanam). The driver went all the way to kotturpuram and dropped us (myself and my pregnant wife) in front of Raj Bhavan. The conductor told you can walk from here (Raj Bhavan) to Saidapet. It was a horrifying experience and it was so rude of the Conductor and the driver for two violations -
1. Not dropping us at the designated Saidapet Bus Stand
2. The ticket fare was Rs.7 each. (Ticket numbers are 954819 and 954820) and the ticket fare was not refunded.
3. The MTC has to give us compensation for transportation expense from Raj Bhavan to Saidapet.
4. Since the driver/conductor dropped us at Raj Bhavan, since it was not a bus stand, not a single bus was ready to stop for us. We have to walk all the way to Gandhi Mandapam Bus stop.
5. The conductor was so harsh, not even trying to explain anything. He just said whoever wants to go to Saidapet, can get down here and walk.

Sir,We are studying in veltech college which is located in AVADI. our college opening timings are 1.Veltech multi tech-7.30AM 2.Veltech high TEch-7.45AM 3.Veltech university-8.30AM.
We have been provided with bus facility upto 7.40 AM (as they told),But truely the number of buses provided is not enough for us at that timing.They are making us to travel around 80 persons in a bus and that too only 5 + a ladies special bus this is not enough for 1500 persons at morning time.If it continues surely it may cause major accidents.So we request you to avail us totally 10 buses (Atleast 5 min gap between 2 buses) between 6.50AM to 7.40AM.Thank You

I travel in A21 from kandhanchavadi to Kellkattalai. Those buses are not following regular timings on evening from 7.30 - 9.00. More passengers are travelling on this route. But only few buses are available that are also not following regular timing. Sometimes these buses will came at 9.00 PM after the 7.30 PM bus. This will affect most of the working womens like us who are all started from 8 PM. It would be better if anybody take some steps to regularize the bus timings.

Daily I am travelling in B51 bus actual charge of the ticket from oil mill stop to thillai ganga nagar subway stop is 9rs in deluxe bus . But, In a particular bus bus num - TN10 N8841and route num B51(deluxe) conductor is charging 11rs Which is more than that of the actual charge .If we argue for this he is stopping the bus and asking us to get down from bus Which has happened for me for more than 2 times that too with the same conductor. This is not a right way or the right manner to behave with the passenger .I request to take a action on him therefore he wont do the mistake again.Thanks

I got mail from the MTC GROUP OF COMPANIES regarding job opening in one software company. When I went to that consultancy they asked me to pay Rs. 500/- as registration fee and told me that they are providing many interview opportunities. But till now I didn't get a single interview opportunity from that fake consultancy. And they are not pick up the calls also. So, PLZZZZZZZZZ don’t pay the money to MTC GROUP OF COMPANIES in MARATHALLI.

MTC buses are not retuning the change although the conductor have it. While enquired he says he will return back after collecting tickets from others. This is stupidity. Jus tt omake sure if any action is taken against the complaints logged by us. Already I have raise an issue and there is no address on that issue. Hope Government should take immediate actions those who take money from us illegally.

Here is the ticket number 981815 RG-64 and ticket costs Rs5/- The change to be returned is Rs5/- as I have given 10.

Please note that this is not the first instance many times this have happened and we are the victims for this issue and seem governmnet is taking No Action on this!!!!

Hoping atleast this complaint will help to take legal action upon these conductors!
