my suggestion is to increase the bus frequency of M9M, which is coming from ngo colony to tnagar, that too in the time between 8 to 10.

my suggestion is to increase the bus frequency of 21A which is coming from Pallavaram to Thiruvanmiyoor time between 8.00 to 10am

TCS — misbehaviour of the driver

on 5th feb 2010 i was travelling in bmtc bus KA-01-FA-1255 bus no.504..at night at around 8:00-8:30...bus was supposed to stop at the hope farm bus stop but the driver didnt stop at that stop and moved on to the kadugodi bus stop...and whn i enquired about it the driver argued wid me very rudely..he said "tu chup baith"..that was a terrible expierence and being a responsible citizen i do not want this to happen with any one else so i want the authorities to take strict action against the driver!!!

today i went in 32 a bus it s from vallalar nagar to vivekananda house i give 4 rs and said ice house ticket is 2 rupees 50 paise only he want to give 1 rupees 50 paise back but he not give said get me from later i also said ok after then i went and ask him give my rupees back he scolding me and coming to beat me, he think i will not ask money after i ask that money he get tensed he calling driver to beat me then i get down from bus what is this m fearing to go by bus now a days ...

please take action on him. i dont knw reg no and conductor name ..
but that bus was been taken at 5.40 pm from vallalar nagar ...

I am Swaminathan working in a pvt company at Anna Nagar and residing at Perungalathur. I regularly come by train upto Nungambakkam and from Choolaimedu I take bus route no.47 and get down and 14 shop / K4 police station bus stop.

Specifically today[protected] I travelled in route no.47 (TN-01-N-4127) from Choolaimedu. Bus did not stop in the bus stop as a result all the passengers have to run to catch the bus. Since I am a heart patient, literally I find it difficult to run. When I request the conductor, why the bus is not stopped in the Bus stop. He started talking in a High Pitch. Besides, he had given a signal before all the passenges board the bus too. We too understand to maintain a croud etc. but he is nature is such that he is working for public. Kindly advice your conductors to behave decently with the public. He should have talk politely. He is getting salary from the amount we are paying for travelling, this he should keep it in mind. For your reference my ticket no is 282497. He need not to be punished thats not my moto, he should be guided to behave properly. Hope you will take necessary action on the conductor.

I am working in Thiruvanmiyur. I traval regularly in MTC bus (A21) from Chrompet. I was waiting for the A21 bus from 8:30A.M onwards but the Bus did not stop @ chrompet today b/w 8:30 - 8:45 A.M. The next bus came at 9 A.M it is also so crowdy.

Sir, so many people are now travelling through A21 from tambaram . Due to the less frequency of buses, all the buses are so crowdy and so the ladies and aged people could not catch the bus. So please increase the number of buses (A21 ) passes through chrompet. Please kindly take steps to proceed the request sir.

I am working in Thiruvanmiyur. I traval regularly in MTC bus (A21) from Chrompet. Always the bus is so crowdy and most of the people suffering due to this. so we are using share auto or auto upto thoraipakkam and then we are going through bus to thiruvanmiyur. we are spending 30 to 40 Rs per day for morning itself. Middle class people like us cant spend these amount daily sir. Please increase the number of buses atleast in peak hours in morning from 8 AM to 10AM. Please take the necessary steps .

MTC Chennai Bus Route No. 11A from t nagar depot to broadway BUS CONDUCTOR HARASSING GIRLS.

Bus ticket serial number is 75354 (GR 17)

The bus started from t nagar depot around 6 PM july 10, 2013
THE CONDUCTOR IS TALL, WEARS GLASSES AND DARK IN COLOUR.

me and my friend (also girl) got into bus at tngar bus terminus and the conductor statred to talk to us after sometime. he asked us our name and he started to touch me. I was shocked and tried to go to another seat with my friend. but he came again and wanted to find out my mobile number. I said no and got down from bus immediately. I wanted to complain immediately but i did not note down bus number. I think it was deluxe bus.
Please take action against this conductor (Bus no. 11A Tnagar to braodway). I am very angry and upset with this kind of behaviour. and did not expect this from MTC bus.


Bus ticket serial number is 75354 (GR 17) . Ticket price is 11 rupees.

Ladies, Please beware of this conductor. I hope MTC bus officials take action against this rogue conductor

Today i traveled in 19b bus upto tidel park. one of the passenger got in to bus in madhya kailash at the front end of the bus but the conductor is in back end. there are so many passengers trying to take ticket. most of them got the ticket except 1 guy and he passed the money also.

- Usually bus stop in between, to complete the Tickets of Passenger, which is not happen
-This checkers r very rash in behaviour. They pushed down the passenger from the bus.
-This happens many times.

1. Checkers are not in uniform, they r in informal dress ( without shirt in, using rash and wrong words, ). specially this WPT checkers.

Daily i traveled in 21A (Pallavaram to Thiruvanmiyoor). This is only one bus on this rout. You know about this rout. This bus is very very crowd. Please arrange the one more bus.

I had the same experience in 21H. When i got into the jeep, checker grabbed my purse from my pant pocket without asking my permission and took entire amount from the purse. It was around 300 Rs in my purse, then he searched my bag for another 200 Rs .

Hi sir, There are more no. of G18 buses from Guduvanchery to T.Nagar; however, there are no frequent buses to East Tambram route. More no. of 95S series can be introduced which will cover wide stoppings. Thanks for the support!

I am a Commutater from Virugambakkam (Elango Nagar) to Parrys. There is no bus service (15F) after 8.50 a.m and in the evening between 6.00 p.m to 6.45 p.m. Today I took an share auto to come to Koyambedu to board alternative bus either 15B or 15F cut which is operated from Koyambedu market to Parrys. I have bus pass from Virugambakkam to Parry. In 15F cut (VPI 655) the conductor refused to accept the pass stating that is from Virugambakkam to Parrys and I need to go in that particular bus only. I explain to him that this bus goes to Parrys but he is arguing with me and he asked me the pay the fare Rs.5, 00 or otherwise to get down. If any other bus I can agree but the bus is operated by Vadalapani Depot and he refused to accept the pass. Kidnly look into this.

Bus No TN 01 N 7293, T21 Bradway to Kannakinagar.The driver was driving very rashly on yesterday 8:40pm at merina signal. He was trying to overtake one bus and was to hit one Tata ace (tata ace no tn 06 5181), but no damage.This bus all four wheels after yellow line, suddenly turn the heads toward the bus among the people in the road .Our traffic police punished and collected fine also for touch the yellow line for the normal people, what should be take the action to this bus driver. He continued to drive rashly and overtook to thiruvanmyur after that i dont know. I asking one, this driver never care for other ones. same activities is going, how is improve our transport (mtc). I was watching so many times, they never mind in signal also. How can you punished him, how can i know that. this complain is useless or use, I dont know, , you know only. valka india, valarka thamil nadu.

I work in a service industry and today i had to go through a very bad sevice given by the MTC bus conductor OF BUS 29a white board TN 01 5634 whereagainthe same old case of of saying no change by the conductors even when we give RS 5 . I gave RS 10 and i was told the same that he needed Rs 2 and there was no change even though he had . I was asked to get down from a very crowded bus which is not his right to tell, insipte of that i didnot get down .Aftr that he issud me a ticket and said collect the balance from depot . the ticket no is 152193 ge05 i believe with this detail the conductor can be tracked down and punished which should be a lesson for others .I would also suggest his photo to be published in paper so that people can read and this would reduce the misbehaviour from these sort of conductors who are there for serving customers.Regards vijay

It is hectic when guys occupy ladies seat and neglect ladies request to leave the seat. Most of the conductors do not seem to bother about these issues. Guys sometimes become wild. MTC should take severe action on these cases. I have experienced such a problem in the bus route no. M119.

The below described incident is something like a nightmare for any respectable citizen of India, where no words can console this kind of rude behavior of a bus conductor of an esteemed organization like Metropolitan Transport Corporation, I am writing this letter with sadness and despair in my soul that happened on that day and should never happen in my life and also I pray to almighty that it should not happen to anybody else.

On Friday 07-12-12 early morning at around 05:30 AM approx. as usual on my way to work I had boarded a bus from Porur with display board as 154 (154 and there was some alphabet added to it I could not remember) and the registration number is TN07 N9941 (PMG 0076), it neared the bus stop with a high speed and there were 3 passenger at the rear entry to board the bus and even before the third passenger could enter the bus, the bus conductor had blown the whistle and the bus took off once again at a high speed, this takes place as usual so there isn’t anything we can do about this.

Once I entered the bus I took out my Pass (1000Rs) and said “PASS” but he (conductor)in his seat was facing towards the direction of the bus driver and somehow I thought that he had heard me because I saw him shaking his head, after that I searched to have a seat and noticed that the bus was completely soaked with water including the seat also, may be they might have washed the bus, so I searched for a seat without any traces of water, this led me to the front side of the bus, at the back of driver’s seat, but I could not sit because all the seats were drenched with water, most of the few commuters were in standing position, suddenly I saw the bus conductor near me, he had issued few tickets to some of the commuter’s over there and there was person sitting at front seat of the bus, he enquired him if he had taken a ticket and he in return he saluted the conductor that means he is a staff and after that he came over to me and demanded ticket, I took out my Rs1000 pass and displayed to him, he stared at me for a while after that he started abusing me with all kind of Vulgar words in Tamil, first I could not understand for what he was using these kind of Vulgar words because I never had gone through such kind of words which is quite new for me, then through his hoarse ill-mannered sound I could understand him that I had not told him while entering the bus that I had a pass, for this I pleaded him that while entering I had told him that I was holding the pass and also told him that I have got a pass, the only decent word he said was that “you fool you should ensure that I have heard it then only you should take your bloody seat”, he hurled at me a lot of Vulgar words, I was in a state of shock and shame, After that he went back to his conductor seat and again he started abusing me with all kinds of Vulgar words, Initially I kept quit thinking that maybe he could have had any bad experience in this case of displaying the pass and kept quiet, he taking my advantage of my silence started to abuse me even more from his seat, so I could not bear this and only thing I told was “ Mister please mind your words” for that he came running towards me swinging his right hand to hit me, I thought that I am finished because I am on medication and not in position to get a thrash from his hand, I could even lose my life, but luckily I was not thrashed but instead the words which he used is something that I could never forget till death in disparate I even thought that instead of vulgar word he could have thrashed me. Some of the words ( he used several Vulgar words due to fear and shame I could not remember) he used in Tamil was thevadia paiya (), Porambokku, Mire and also asked “Are you collectors son this and that, nobody in the bus uttered any word to defend me fearing that they could also be abused or maybe they might have thought that it is not their business and the driver in the bus was supporting him, that naturally happens its departmental love, some people (driver) are blind when they had to justify what is good or bad, when they had to take a decision for their counterpart, (even though when they know that their fellow man is doing wrong) after that he abused me now and then whenever I accidently looked at him till I got down at Guindy.
From the above incident I could not understand what wrong I had done to be ill-treated in a such a way by an esteemed company ‘s government servant and one person who got down at Guindy with me consoled me and said this happens now and then, don’t take this seriously just think it as a bad dream and forget this and where ever you complain nobody is going to take any action, they are on duty government staff and they do whatever they like even police support them only, you are lucky that he (driver) did not thrash you, but I was dumbfound by his words and thought, “is this the plight of every common man who lives in a democratic country to be pampered by someone, where we have voices of human rights at each every corner whenever there is any injustice done.

I could remember that I was not the only person who was at the front side of the bus, even there were commuters whom he had issued ticket, I was thinking for what reason I had to suffer such a bad treatment, if I was travelling without ticket or I tried to cheat the conductor or misbehaved with him I would have calmed down myself, finally when I discussed with my friends who used the pass concluded that they also had the same experience but not that harsh as mine, they disclosed that nothing was wrong with you, it was the pass (1000Rs) which made you to humiliate in the bus, most of the conductors are irritated when they see the Pass.
I am was quite puzzled after knowing the reason and also I could recall at some instance I had observed that after displaying the pass some of the conductors were not happy. If this is the reason for the calamity, then what can be done regarding this kind of rude behavior meted out to commuters who hold the Pass, only the MTC higher official should decide and educate the bus conductors to change their attitude and take strict action on those who harass the commuters. We the Pass holders does not get this free of cost we have to shed one tenth or more/less of our hard earned money to buy this, which is also included to the annual budget of MTC yearly turn over, where the profit are enjoyed by the MTC staff as Bonus. I strictly condemn this act of the conductor and request all the concerned MTC higher official to take a strict action on him, this is not the end of the saga, I will continue this and will take all the necessary step deemed fit if no action is taken, till justification is done.

D70 bus (the joined type), with plate no TN-01N-4561 is poorly maintained. Especially the windows section is of near danger, anytime it can fall out causing accidents. Please look into it as soon as possible to avoid any possible tragedy.

This is to bring to your kind notice that the bus stop at kovilambakkam going towards Mount has been shifted. This bus stop, the shopkeeper at the pavement over the gutter has blocked with bamboos so that the people do not stand on the pavement and ultimately they need to stand on the road, where the bus has to ply. There is no point of widening the roads, and we are only standing on the road causing an hinderence to the buses. Please take necessary actions and see that the pavement is not blocked at any hours, atleast we public will be able to stand on the pavement over the gutter.

Even if we stand they ask the public to get down and stand on the road. Please take necessary action and try to provide a bus shelter, so that they do not misuse the pavement. The whole stretch of the pavement has been encroached by the shopkeepers stating it is their place, where the public has to walk on the pavement, but ultimately the public walks on the road causing hinderence to the vehicles on the road.

i am staying in ayanavaram (chennai) from my birth.i am working girl...every day i am going through 23c bus...before it was some what good...even though we suffered lot...but now few days back they changed the seating arrangement of the women and gents...its not correct and proper now only we are suffering lot...due to some of the men's...they are misbehaving on womens...they easily come and sitting with the womens and doing something bad very bad.so we are not able to go freely.we pleased to say you that take a action on it and arrange the seating arrangement as before...i kindly request you to take the action on it...as a girl i request you to take the correct action sir /madam...please.

There is bad mentality prevailing in Conductors and Drivers in MTC bus service. Making people run here and there that too in peak hours without stopping the bus in the bus stops is not at all a decent thing to do. This does not justify the high ticket fare collected from public. A quality service need to be provided to the public who is paying so high (without much of opposition), for a public transport inspite of all their other high expenses. Treating public as stray dogs is not at all acceptable. If the service is regularised and operated efficiently the buses wont be over crowded and the public will feel the convinience in the Buses. But to help the Share autos it is felt that the MTC is purposefully treating public as a cheap objects. So MTC persons! kindly stop this attitude and treat the public as human beings and dont punish entire public due to the mistakes done by some one or two persons.

There is one more bad mentality prevailing in Conductors and Drivers in MTC bus service. Making small school going children run here and there that too in school hours without stopping the bus in the bus stops is a very ugly and cheap thing to do. Showing our courage to small children is the most indecent things and it wont lead the children to a good behaviour. It will in turn teach the children how to board or get down from a running buses, How to travel in foot board and all which is preached by MTC as illegal things. And remember there may be some children of conductors and drivers as well in the crowd who are suffering. So think children as a soft beings and have mercy on them. So MTC persons! dont show your power to the children. Instead show love.

B51 BUSES MOST OF THE TIME DO NOT STOP IN BUS STOPS LIKE CHINNAMALAI, ESPECIALLY DURING THE PEAK HOURS WHEN THE CHILDREN FROM THE SHCOOL AT 3 PM TRY TO GET IN THE BUS. WHEN THE CONDUCTORS NOTICES A HERD OF CHILDREN AT THE BUS STOP, HE IMMEDIATELY TRIES TO SLIP IN THE CLOSE RANGE OF ANY OTHER BUS AND WE RUN HERE AND THERE AND FINALLY WE ARE ALSO NOT ABLE TO GET INTO THE BUS. PLEASE CHECK ON THIS NONSTOPPING AT THE STOPS. THEY ALWAYS TRY TO GO IN CLOSE RANGE WITH ANOTHER BUS OF THE SAME NUMBER. 2 BUSES COME AT THE SAME TIME. THEN LATER ON FOR ANOTHER HALF AN HOUR THERE IS NO BUS AT ALL. OLD PEOPLE TRY TO RUN, BUT THEY EVEN DO NOT STOP. IT WAS EVEN ON JANUARY 09, THE SAME HAPPENED AND I HAD TO GET INTO ANOTHER BUS AT CHINNAMALAI. THIS HAPPENS OFTEN.

MTC Buses — bus doesn't stop

Dear Sir/ Madam
On[protected] morning from 9.20 to 10.33 i was waiting in my stop calls Kalarai stopping to catch up the Bus route No : 54F Poonamallee to Mandavelli. As this is the only bus which goes to mandavelli directly from my place. I m there to catch up 9.30 bus... so i came to my stop at 9.20 itself. but the bus had not come till 10.15 i don't no whether that bus went or not. So i thought to get cut bus and go... That time opposite to my stop 54F had crossed and stopped in my stoppings and went towards Poonamallee depo... My stop is next to depo only so again i was waiting for that bus to come back... By 10.32 that bus came but it doesn't stop in my stop even i m showing my hands to stop that bus but that driver rasie his speed and went off.... Therefore i got cut bus and started to move..Due to this my mind got tensed & I m late to my work... I reached mandavelli at 12 only... I had lost half a day attendence & even salary too....
Not only this time often they doing like this only and not following proper time, somestimes it comes later and sometimes it goes earlier... if it is late due to traffic for 10-15 min then its a not big issue... but if they take before the time means how can we catch that bus... What's remedy for this and what you going to do for this..
If you read this you might find its a small thing but you will realise once you put into the same position...So please take this into the consideration and do the need ful

The 159A deluxe bus is not stopping in the the bus stop I am a daily customer in this route.But one day the bus stoped at the signal the bus is very vacant but i was about to get in the bus but the driver and counductor were shouting at me .I became sad and sat in the seat. He didn, t even stop in any other bus stop when my bus stop came he didn, t open the doors so that i can get down he skipped the next two bus stop and then stopped.Please kindly take reaction on them ours, sincerly EVIJAY LOKESH

MTC ha gone down very badly they never stop at the stops

tody at arounf 11.15 am i wqanted to boeard a V51 bust at MRTS velacherry bus stop, the driver refused to open the door and condutor was very rude . These Peole are not worth to serve th people . I think It was Tnagar depot vehicle. Iam sure these guys are gonna get one day

Complaints for MTC busses in chennai — not availability of busses

From Velachery to Brodway and Brodway to velachery busses are not come properly in peek times, bus frequency is ver very less so daily we unable reach office on timing daily we are standing more than one hour in bus stop after bus is coming but it is very very rash so we unable to get in to that bus again we have wait for another bus.kindly take the action for this.

MTC — not stopping in bus stop

today i travelled in a mtc bus 159A with no TN01 N 9202 he was not stopped in a theradi bus stop and also any in between stop between before theradi to ajax asking to conductor about this there is no more response ...... then the driver over taked the bus near the stop and went away....

Finally i get down at ajax and try to make a complaint but they are not in a condition to take my complaint...

The MTC bus No.147C deluxe buses doesn't stops at the Ambattur telephone exchange while asking to stop the bus at that place they misbehave with the peoples, lots of people are coming in that way to their works. Meanwhile when they are coming from Ambattur O.T to T Nagar they stops the bus at that place. Please give the reason why these bus drivers are doing like this, which became a blunder while choosing this MTC service.

Frequency of buses from Velachey to Broadway was reduced after the introduction of Train service from velachey. I suggest you travel to Saidapet and catch another bus from there or try using the train. There is no use waiting for more than an hour in a bus-stand.

We are very much thankful for opening the bus stop at L&T location in Chembarambakkam. But after 6 p.m. till late night non of the bus stop here even though we raise our hand to stop. Please take further action to solve this problem.

The most important one which need to be changed in MTC is, ladies should be seperated eithier front side or back side of the bus like how other cities followed except chennai, its bitter one that girls are getting teased or suffered a lot because of standing with gents, i am unhappy totaly.

The Recent changes in Seating Order of Ladies & General Seats in 27D & 23C is very difficult to enter and get down in Stoppings. The Gents occupy the whole area for Standing. They even stand near the Doors. So, its very difficult while entering and getting down for Lady Passengers. Kindly take an immediate action towards this pls.

chennai mtc bus — using bad words

Sir,
conducter named as PUNYAKODI moving in the root no: M49 (white board bus) at 1:30 near porur forcing the passengers from bus due to lag of change of 4 rupees. the person provide 10 rupees note but he refused and used bad names. please take necessary actions against him.

The MTC bus No.5E ordinary, Express, deluxe buses doesn't available frequently in morning time between 8.A.M to 11.A.M .Due to that most of the person not able to reach there office in correct time . Apart from that when the bus come in the morning it already full so due to that if some ladies catch that bus that time guys behavior are irritating . In the direct word i would like to say this is one more ladies harassment issue.

The bus no. 65A running from Avadi to Saidapet will not stop at Sakthi Nagar Next Porur will not stopping for the past one month onwards. It will come to Sakthi Nagar at 8-30 AM even though there is no any rush inthe bus the driver will not stop the bus.

I am Vijayalakshmi..From Neelankarai (ECR)... the most ECR bus Drivers cannot stop the bus at neelankari & palavakkam, They are stop at very distance to stand. so our most peoples runs to reach the bus but the drivers under speed to start the bus..so we are very sad & delay to office and schools.some drivers see the school childrens more then speed to start the bus..& if any passengers run to hold the bus unexpectly closed the doors to the particular drivers..

The bus no T151 running from Tambaram to Kelambakam did not stop at Sembakkam Stop at 9am sharp on Apr4, 2011. This problem happens now and then in T151 at other timing too.. I would request MTC to take immediate action insisting driver to stop at the stopping so that public like us does not face inconvenience.

The bus No. M12B TN 09 N 7799 running from Pattinapakkam to Vadapalani did not stop at Viveks Bus Stop at 9am sharp on all days. This problem happens daily to us, i have to go to office at near Sangeetha Hotel, So, Many times i asked conductor to give Whistle. But he failed if that viveks stoping coming means conductor took his mobile and speaking on phone. At that time if i ask to stop the bus he never give whistle or driver never stops the bus. I asked conductor why you people are doing like this daily? That conductor replied i am not responsible for Nonstoping the bus. Then i asked then why you are in the position of conductor?, he replied in using Vulgare bad words. I would request MTC to take immediate action insisting driver to stop at the stopping so that public like us does not face inconvenience.

The bus No. 25g from Anna square to Poondhamalli is very worst service i never seen in the Chennai city. Everyday people struggling for one hour atleast to get a bus..

1. The Route Number C51 (Adyar - Tambaram), V51 (T Nagar - Tambaram via madippakkam), M21 (Velachery - Tambaram) were extended till Tambaram West recently. But when these buses start from Tambaram West there is no stop till MCC college which is more inconvenient to the passengers coming from West. Moreover there is no intermediate crossing in the road to reach to the starting place also. Because of this the main purpose of extending these buses to the West is not at all justified. So it would be helpful for the general public if a stop is introduced near (Tambaram) SETC bus stand for C51, V51 and M21.

2. Also when C51, V51 and M21 has no definite place in MCC for stopping the buses. The drivers stop the buses wherever they want and this is one more inconvenience for the public. So kindly provide a standard place where all the buses will come and stop near MCC.

i m shanaz, from purusawalkam, i m doing my bca in smkc college.. in kkd nagar.. i go by bus in 7g.. most of the drivers are not stopping in kkd nagar bus stop.i was waiting for bus, after my college leaves. for a long time, and i saw the bus was come and ready for that. to step on... but he din't stop the but in that stop... but that bus was empty ... the bus arived probably 2.15, , , , so plz take the action on those drivers...

MTC — MTC Website Issue

Hi, I thought of putting my suggestion/complaint on MTC website. But surprisingly, the "Submit" button is not working !!! I was expecting late responses or no response, after I submit, but this was least expected. Maybe this is the way to reduce the count of incoming complaints. Pathetic....

MTC — Bus

In ECR chennai the buses are avaliable frequently, so that of the school students and company employees are not able to go school / office in time. But in OMR the buses are avaliable more. In evening (after 9:00PM) also the buses like pp19EXT fr Broadway to kovallam make cut service to thiruvanmiyur. The company empp are standing for a long time in adyar depoo for their home (Kovallam). The share autos also making double charge. But the share auto willnot goes to kovallam. So My humble request to take action immediately in your Media.

Behaviour of three ticket checkers were very bad.They took my phone & demanding 500 fine.I boarded the bus from navalur and then sat inside the bus, i told conductor to cut the ticket in that time he was cutting some other people ticket.I explained these things to ticket checkers but they continue their ill behaviour.If they found me getting out without ticket then they could have asked me for fine.i was sitting and asked also for ticket.Better to look into this matter so that other should not face the same problem.

Bus 11A from t nagar to broadway BUS CONDUCTOR IS BEHAVING INDECENTLY AND HARASSING GIRLS.

I do not know bus number but I have bus ticket serial number. i hope this will catch the culprit.

The bus started from t nagar depot around 6 PM today.
THE CONDUCTOR IS TALL, WEARS GLASSES AND DARK IN COLOUR.. he is not old or young i think maybe 35-40.

me and my friend (also girl) got into bus at tngar bus terminus and the conductor statred to talk to us after sometime. he asked us our name and he started to touch me. I was shocked and tried to go to another seat with my friend. but he came again and wanted to find out my phone number. I said no and got down from bus at spencer plaza. I wanted to complain immediately but i did not note down bus number. I think it was deluxe bus.
Please take action against this conductor (Bus no. 11A Tnagar to braodway). I am very angry and upset with this kind of behaviour. and did not expect this from MTC bus.
I will defenitely complaint to higher authorities if action is not taken on this conductor. Again he wears glasses, dark in colour and tall. Bus 11A from tnagar bus stand started around 6 PM i think.

Here is serial number of ticket to track this culprit.

MTC — M9M irregular timings

M9M runs between AGS Colony, Velachery to T. Nagar with a frequency of 25 minutes approx. But the.buses don't run on time. some times will come one after the other. commuters who depend on this service are facing lot of problems. Inspite of repeated requests made to MTC, no proper action is being taken.

The bus No is TN-07, N - 1559 EXP. Yesterday I traveled with my family from Koyembadu to Villupuram and the bus travel experience was really horrible.The bus driver and conductor had a very bad understanding and behaving with the customers very badly and using unwanted statements and comments especially to womens and senior citizens. We have started by 6.15 am in morning and the bus reached villupuram only by 11.00 am in morning almost 5hrs to travel even when the roads are free from traffic and no rain also. Even two wheelers and all the buses started after his bus all passes this bus. When we inquired this to conductor he simply tells us go and see the speedometer the driver is using 70kmhr and i can't do anything i[censored] want to go quick better use Rockets or some other modes and using bad words my father is a senior citizen and the conductor is very thin and height and black. The bus driver uses mobile phones every time and chatting with his friends while driving. If anyone asks they behaving like rowdies and asking passengers to get down far from the allocated stoppings.The conductor not wearing any badges so we can see his names.Please take some actions regarding this and they also stopped on a worst hotel where nothing is there only bad coffee is available.The conductor asks the driver to drive very slow and the same is followed. But when we cam back in return the other bus driver came just in 3.30hrs and drive the bus very safely and good driving also. They also stopping like local buses in every where they wish too..

Kindly request you to take necessary actions on the above mentioned bus drivers to help the people and for the people like us who got frustrated by these bad guys...

I travelled in MTC bus TN 01 N 9634 (route No.A21) at about 4.45pm today the 18th October2013 from Tambaram. When the Conductor of the bus came to me, I've given Rs.10 note asking ticket to Sunnambu kulathur, but he got money from other passengers also without giving me the ticket and balance. While asking ticket again, he shouted me with indecent words telling that I have not given him money and behaved rudely.
I felt ashame among the other co-passengers. Again I took ticket by giving another Rs.10 note. I won't to say lie for this small amount.
I am (aged 63) a retired govt. Sugar Dept.employee put most of my service in HR Dept.
I belongs to Madurai and came here as a Guest and returning today night itself.
I am painful to state, I was totally upset with the behaviour of the MTC bus conductor.I even don't know his name and he is not my rival. I must here to say that PRC conductors are not behaved like this with the passengers.
Money is not a matter. Rude and indecent behaviour of the conductor is punishable with a warning to avoid his such attitude atleast infuture.
I therefore request you to kindly look into the matter personally and render justice, Sir.

The MTC bus 102K, TN-01 4782 (CDI 0722) driver who was driving the bus on 20 August 2019 was not stopping the bus at the next stop SRB Tools stops.
The bus conductor was very bad understanding and behaving with the customers very badly and using unwanted statements. The bus left the IGP bus Stop at 07:15 (approx).
It is sad to see that mtc has no dedicated place to raise and track complaints. This is a serious issue the bus conductor is not Stop for his pleasure, this is public transport meant for public usage. If he doesn't stop how can people get in !!!

I am a college student..I want to give complaint against bus services ( from Anagaputhur to Highcourt) as there is limited services between two destinations. We have to wait for bus for long time. So I request you to increase frequencies between two destinations and add more destinations. So that it will be useful for college students and working people. T51, c51 are the two key routes in the Tambaram - Sozhinganallur route during the Peak hours. Most of the crowd use these routes during the Week days for going to their work. But these services have no definite time and frequency during the peak hours. So each bus becomes over crowded and there are lot of risks associated with that. It does not matter that how many buses are there in these routes. But the main factor is how frequently and efficiently these routes are operated during peak hours to avoid inconvinience to the public. So kindly try to keep a regular frequency for C51, T51 during peak hours to reduce the inconvinience to the office - goers and help the public.

Bus Facility from Nanganallur to the outer city is very poor. If not all the time, it is better if we make sure buses are frequent from Nanganallur atleast during Peak hours.Almost 45 minutes bus service is not there and 3 to 4 buses are coming back to back. Elderly people and office goers are suffering because of this.

This is to inform that the ticket counter at T.nagar doesn't have enough passes to issue to the passengers who are in need of it . So kindly do the needful to help your people and the passengers aswell.

The driver of A1 (Fom Central to Thiruvanmiyur) in the bus TN01 N 8026 was driving very rashly on Monday morning 6PM trip. He was trying to overtake a bus T1 near Royatpettah High road in the narrow roads and was about to hit 2 persons walking and in cycle. He continued to drive rashly and overtook near MGR Janakiammal College. When I enquired on why he is driving rashly, he started speaking in filthy words. He even tried to hit me before the conductor and a passerby intervened. Request your urgent intervention as this would be threatening lives of many innocents on the road.

MTC complaints — Not starting the bus in the correct time

In the morning the buses are not taking in the scheduled time by the Driver and Conductor. If the Driver is there the Conductor is not available and vice versa. If you see the bus in the depot it will be in the starting stage, where the passengers will be seated, later another bus will be started, and all the passengers will be getting & running down to catch the bus which recently started. The horrible thing to see in this incident is while the aged people moving from one bus to another they get hurt with the baskets which the people carrying to get the vegetables.

Another major issue on the MTC is that the people who are waiting for the bus to reach their office has patience. Though they get up early (3:00 am) to reach the work on-time, they wont be getting the bus on-time. The MTC should consider about this issue and take necessary steps to start the buses in the scheduled time atleast in the morning hours.

bus frequency is low

The 5e route bus which goes to besant nagar frequency can be increased. During the office hours from 8 To 10 people are finding it really hard to board bus because its fully packed up. Kindly look upon it
