Sir, I'm workin in Navalur. Today evening i and my friend boarded seven o clock bus M5 bus number adyar route. The bus was not crowded at all. only few boarded the bus in my stop at that time. The conductor was in the front. he rushed to the back without givin ticket to us. My friend and i was asking the ticket. Not even half the stop went checking inspectors came. on seeing them he didn get ticket from us. The checking inspector made us get down and asking us to give thousand rupees each. they were blackmiling us to give our id card n all They asked us to show the purse and give all the money we had in it. They didnt give us any receipt also. They were not listenin to us. Their aim is only money. Which rule says that they can see our purses. And they didnt give any receipt. Please someone take any neccessary action regarding this

    Hi,

    I happened to travel by bus 5E on saturday(15/5/2010) night at 8pm from Besant nagar bus depot to vadapalani. The conductor in this bus is touching woman wantedly and shows as if it is by mistake. When people get down the bus in stairs, he keeps his hands even on girls and woman shoulders and other areas as if he is helping the woman get down bus soon and safer. This conductor must be punished immediately. I dont know the name of this conductor or the bus registration number. But with the below details, find the bus conductor and take action please.

    Bus number: 5E
    Route: Besant nagar bus depot to vadapalani(Chennai)
    Timing: 8pm approximately from besant nagar

    TCS — misbehaviour of the driver

    on 5th feb 2010 i was travelling in bmtc bus KA-01-FA-1255 bus no.504..at night at around 8:00-8:30...bus was supposed to stop at the hope farm bus stop but the driver didnt stop at that stop and moved on to the kadugodi bus stop...and whn i enquired about it the driver argued wid me very rudely..he said "tu chup baith"..that was a terrible expierence and being a responsible citizen i do not want this to happen with any one else so i want the authorities to take strict action against the driver!!!

    today i went in 32 a bus it s from vallalar nagar to vivekananda house i give 4 rs and said ice house ticket is 2 rupees 50 paise only he want to give 1 rupees 50 paise back but he not give said get me from later i also said ok after then i went and ask him give my rupees back he scolding me and coming to beat me, he think i will not ask money after i ask that money he get tensed he calling driver to beat me then i get down from bus what is this m fearing to go by bus now a days ...

    please take action on him. i dont knw reg no and conductor name ..
    but that bus was been taken at 5.40 pm from vallalar nagar ...

    Dear Sir
    I am Swaminathan working in a pvt company at Anna Nagar and residing at Perungalathur. I regularly come by train upto Nungambakkam and from Choolaimedu I take bus route no.47 and get down and 14 shop / K4 police station bus stop.

    Specifically today[protected] I travelled in route no.47 (TN-01-N-4127) from Choolaimedu. Bus did not stop in the bus stop as a result all the passengers have to run to catch the bus. Since I am a heart patient, literally I find it difficult to run. When I request the conductor, why the bus is not stopped in the Bus stop. He started talking in a High Pitch. Besides, he had given a signal before all the passenges board the bus too. We too understand to maintain a croud etc. but he is nature is such that he is working for public. Kindly advice your conductors to behave decently with the public. He should have talk politely. He is getting salary from the amount we are paying for travelling, this he should keep it in mind. For your reference my ticket no is 282497. He need not to be punished thats not my moto, he should be guided to behave properly. Hope you will take necessary action on the conductor.

    I am Mahalakshmi N working in TCS @ Chennai One Thoraipakkam. I travel regularly in the morning weekly 4days in MTC bus (A21 starts from Pallavaram).
    Bus did not stop @ pallavaram bridge stop(before Vel's university) today, it is the only bus from Pallavarm to Chennai One during that time. Next bus is after 9 o'clock. Moreover the driver is driving rashly and sometimes dont stop @ chennai one stop, we have to shout @ conductor to whistle before the stop, only then driver will stop @ chennai one stop. The speed is above the limit and this need to be informed and warned to the driver.Government have provided MTC bused for people needs, if the buses are not stopped @ some stops what poor people will do. pl take necessary action on the driver who drives A21 starts from Pallavaram b/w 7.15-7.20AM.

    I am working in Thiruvanmiyur. I traval regularly in MTC bus (A21) from Chrompet. I was waiting for the A21 bus from 8:30A.M onwards but the Bus did not stop @ chrompet today b/w 8:30 - 8:45 A.M. The next bus came at 9 A.M it is also so crowdy.

    Sir, so many people are now travelling through A21 from tambaram . Due to the less frequency of buses, all the buses are so crowdy and so the ladies and aged people could not catch the bus. So please increase the number of buses (A21 ) passes through chrompet. Please kindly take steps to proceed the request sir.

    I am working in Thiruvanmiyur. I traval regularly in MTC bus (A21) from Chrompet. Always the bus is so crowdy and most of the people suffering due to this. so we are using share auto or auto upto thoraipakkam and then we are going through bus to thiruvanmiyur. we are spending 30 to 40 Rs per day for morning itself. Middle class people like us cant spend these amount daily sir. Please increase the number of buses atleast in peak hours in morning from 8 AM to 10AM. Please take the necessary steps .

    The bus started from t nagar depot around 6 PM july 10, 2013
    THE CONDUCTOR IS TALL, WEARS GLASSES AND DARK IN COLOUR.

    me and my friend (also girl) got into bus at tngar bus terminus and the conductor statred to talk to us after sometime. he asked us our name and he started to touch me. I was shocked and tried to go to another seat with my friend. but he came again and wanted to find out my mobile number. I said no and got down from bus immediately. I wanted to complain immediately but i did not note down bus number. I think it was deluxe bus.
    Please take action against this conductor (Bus no. 11A Tnagar to braodway). I am very angry and upset with this kind of behaviour. and did not expect this from MTC bus.


    Bus ticket serial number is 75354 (GR 17) . Ticket price is 11 rupees.

    Ladies, Please beware of this conductor. I hope MTC bus officials take action against this rogue conductor

      Dear Sir ,

      Really surprise with the unexpected treatement( Horrible ) provided by Bus Checker & Driver


      Since i boarded MTC Bus from Navallur ( OMR Road ) towards Perungudi , at 8:00 PM Bus was full at its capacity
      - I Boarded Bus from Back Door
      - And since there was crowed so moved towards front Door
      - And when i moved for getiing Ticket , Conductor took Money from my Hand by the time Ticket Cheajker has stopped Bus
      - Usually bus stop in between , to complete the Tickets of Passanger , which is not happen
      - Mean Time Conductor , return me Money and inform me to face Ticket Cheaker
      - Once i get down Ticket Checker told me to pay Fine of 500 Rs , i told the Truth to them about , delay in Ticket .
      - Then they insist me to seat in Jeep , which will take me to Police Station
      - I really Surprise with the Tratement of them.
      They scare me , and finally taken 300 Rs as fine
      - Does this one is procedure to Peanlise on non Availability of Ticket
      - Moreover they have not given me any RECEIPT against the Rs- 300 which they taken from me
      - Second part they could not be able to show any Rule or Recipt againt such misshappen ( which i said )
      - This way MTC services Operates

      Dear Sir,

      Today i traveled in 19b bus upto tidel park. one of the passenger got in to bus in madhya kailash at the front end of the bus but the conductor is in back end. there are so many passengers trying to take ticket. most of them got the ticket except 1 guy and he passed the money also.
      Ticket Checker has stopped Bus
      - Usually bus stop in between, to complete the Tickets of Passenger, which is not happen
      -This checkers r very rash in behaviour. They pushed down the passenger from the bus.
      -This happens many times.

      -Sir, Please take neccessary action...
      1. Checkers are not in uniform, they r in informal dress ( without shirt in, using rash and wrong words, ). specially this WPT checkers.
      2. They dont have any receipt during fine

      Daily i traveled in 21A (Pallavaram to Thiruvanmiyoor). This is only one bus on this rout. You know about this rout. This bus is very very crowd. Please arrange the one more bus.
      Dear Sir,
      I had the same experience in 21H. When i got into the jeep, checker grabbed my purse from my pant pocket without asking my permission and took entire amount from the purse. It was around 300 Rs in my purse, then he searched my bag for another 200 Rs .

      95S frequency

      Hi sir, There are more no. of G18 buses from Guduvanchery to T.Nagar; however, there are no frequent buses to East Tambram route. More no. of 95S series can be introduced which will cover wide stoppings. Thanks for the support!

        Hi All,

        It is being horrible for the commuters who stay in velacherry, Traramani to come to SRP tools or OMR through MTC.

        Let us take M119, M119A bus, It will be soo crowded during 8.30 - 10 AM on all weekdays. Also the Conductors will not be able to stop these buses in the stoppage because of more crowd.

        Also the DELUX busses will have only less standies that the ordinary busses.

        They can introduce busses between Velacherry - Kalambakkam.

        Suggestion : The govt can send busses with 1*1 seater during the peak hours..

        I am a Commutater from Virugambakkam (Elango Nagar) to Parrys. There is no bus service (15F) after 8.50 a.m and in the evening between 6.00 p.m to 6.45 p.m. Today I took an share auto to come to Koyambedu to board alternative bus either 15B or 15F cut which is operated from Koyambedu market to Parrys. I have bus pass from Virugambakkam to Parry. In 15F cut (VPI 655) the conductor refused to accept the pass stating that is from Virugambakkam to Parrys and I need to go in that particular bus only. I explain to him that this bus goes to Parrys but he is arguing with me and he asked me the pay the fare Rs.5, 00 or otherwise to get down. If any other bus I can agree but the bus is operated by Vadalapani Depot and he refused to accept the pass. Kidnly look into this.

          Dear Sir/Madam,
          The driver of A1 (Fom Central to Thiruvanmiyur) in the bus TN01 N 8026 was driving very rashly on Monday morning 6PM trip. He was trying to overtake a bus T1 near Royatpettah High road in the narrow roads and was about to hit 2 persons walking and in cycle. He continued to drive rashly and overtook near MGR Janakiammal College. When I enquired on why he is driving rashly, he started speaking in filthy words. He even tried to hit me before the conductor and a passerby intervened. Request your urgent intervention as this would be threatening lives of many innocents on the road.

          Bus No TN 01 N 7293, T21 Bradway to Kannakinagar.The driver was driving very rashly on yesterday 8:40pm at merina signal. He was trying to overtake one bus and was to hit one Tata ace (tata ace no tn 06 5181), but no damage.This bus all four wheels after yellow line, suddenly turn the heads toward the bus among the people in the road .Our traffic police punished and collected fine also for touch the yellow line for the normal people, what should be take the action to this bus driver. He continued to drive rashly and overtook to thiruvanmyur after that i dont know. I asking one, this driver never care for other ones. same activities is going, how is improve our transport (mtc). I was watching so many times, they never mind in signal also. How can you punished him, how can i know that. this complain is useless or use, I dont know, , you know only. valka india, valarka thamil nadu.

            One side, MTC Chennai is trying to increase the collection, the other side the conductors are asking the new passengers to get down, if they don't have exact change. they drive the passengers to share autos. MTC management is useless, powerless. MTC seems like literally ruled by union headweights.
            Recently my daughter was asked to get down from 17 E bus, since she does not have the exact change. When she offered to pay Rs.10/- and buy tickets for the full amount i.e.Rs.10/- still the conductor asked her to get down. What right they have ? Who is responsible for such behaviours of conductors ? The backboneless management, the heartless union leaders, or powerless ruling party ?
            Or the disunity of the people/passengers ? Only students have the power to question the rude behaviour of the driver and conductors. no body else. Why the hell then union is demanding more salary and more bonus when they don't have the power to control their members ? Unions, Shame, shame. Union leaders, Teach discipline (if you know anything about that !) then demand for more salary and bonus. or quit and join private bus companies. Ready for the challenge. ?

            This is very true.
            I work in a service industry and today i had to go through a very bad sevice given by the MTC bus conductor OF BUS 29a white board TN 01 5634 whereagainthe same old case of of saying no change by the conductors even when we give RS 5 . I gave RS 10 and i was told the same that he needed Rs 2 and there was no change even though he had . I was asked to get down from a very crowded bus which is not his right to tell, insipte of that i didnot get down .Aftr that he issud me a ticket and said collect the balance from depot . the ticket no is 152193 ge05 i believe with this detail the conductor can be tracked down and punished which should be a lesson for others .I would also suggest his photo to be published in paper so that people can read and this would reduce the misbehaviour from these sort of conductors who are there for serving customers.Regards vijay
            It is hectic when guys occupy ladies seat and neglect ladies request to leave the seat. Most of the conductors do not seem to bother about these issues. Guys sometimes become wild. MTC should take severe action on these cases. I have experienced such a problem in the bus route no. M119.
            EveryOne are inhuman. I have experienced the same several time in bus route no. C51
            The below described incident is something like a nightmare for any respectable citizen of India, where no words can console this kind of rude behavior of a bus conductor of an esteemed organization like Metropolitan Transport Corporation, I am writing this letter with sadness and despair in my soul that happened on that day and should never happen in my life and also I pray to almighty that it should not happen to anybody else.

            On Friday 07-12-12 early morning at around 05:30 AM approx. as usual on my way to work I had boarded a bus from Porur with display board as 154 (154 and there was some alphabet added to it I could not remember) and the registration number is TN07 N9941 (PMG 0076), it neared the bus stop with a high speed and there were 3 passenger at the rear entry to board the bus and even before the third passenger could enter the bus, the bus conductor had blown the whistle and the bus took off once again at a high speed, this takes place as usual so there isn’t anything we can do about this.

            Once I entered the bus I took out my Pass (1000Rs) and said “PASS” but he (conductor)in his seat was facing towards the direction of the bus driver and somehow I thought that he had heard me because I saw him shaking his head, after that I searched to have a seat and noticed that the bus was completely soaked with water including the seat also, may be they might have washed the bus, so I searched for a seat without any traces of water, this led me to the front side of the bus, at the back of driver’s seat, but I could not sit because all the seats were drenched with water, most of the few commuters were in standing position, suddenly I saw the bus conductor near me, he had issued few tickets to some of the commuter’s over there and there was person sitting at front seat of the bus, he enquired him if he had taken a ticket and he in return he saluted the conductor that means he is a staff and after that he came over to me and demanded ticket, I took out my Rs1000 pass and displayed to him, he stared at me for a while after that he started abusing me with all kind of Vulgar words in Tamil, first I could not understand for what he was using these kind of Vulgar words because I never had gone through such kind of words which is quite new for me, then through his hoarse ill-mannered sound I could understand him that I had not told him while entering the bus that I had a pass, for this I pleaded him that while entering I had told him that I was holding the pass and also told him that I have got a pass, the only decent word he said was that “you fool you should ensure that I have heard it then only you should take your bloody seat”, he hurled at me a lot of Vulgar words, I was in a state of shock and shame, After that he went back to his conductor seat and again he started abusing me with all kinds of Vulgar words, Initially I kept quit thinking that maybe he could have had any bad experience in this case of displaying the pass and kept quiet, he taking my advantage of my silence started to abuse me even more from his seat, so I could not bear this and only thing I told was “ Mister please mind your words” for that he came running towards me swinging his right hand to hit me, I thought that I am finished because I am on medication and not in position to get a thrash from his hand, I could even lose my life, but luckily I was not thrashed but instead the words which he used is something that I could never forget till death in disparate I even thought that instead of vulgar word he could have thrashed me. Some of the words ( he used several Vulgar words due to fear and shame I could not remember) he used in Tamil was thevadia paiya (), Porambokku, Mire and also asked “Are you collectors son this and that, nobody in the bus uttered any word to defend me fearing that they could also be abused or maybe they might have thought that it is not their business and the driver in the bus was supporting him, that naturally happens its departmental love, some people (driver) are blind when they had to justify what is good or bad, when they had to take a decision for their counterpart, (even though when they know that their fellow man is doing wrong) after that he abused me now and then whenever I accidently looked at him till I got down at Guindy.
            From the above incident I could not understand what wrong I had done to be ill-treated in a such a way by an esteemed company ‘s government servant and one person who got down at Guindy with me consoled me and said this happens now and then, don’t take this seriously just think it as a bad dream and forget this and where ever you complain nobody is going to take any action, they are on duty government staff and they do whatever they like even police support them only, you are lucky that he (driver) did not thrash you, but I was dumbfound by his words and thought, “is this the plight of every common man who lives in a democratic country to be pampered by someone, where we have voices of human rights at each every corner whenever there is any injustice done.

            I could remember that I was not the only person who was at the front side of the bus, even there were commuters whom he had issued ticket, I was thinking for what reason I had to suffer such a bad treatment, if I was travelling without ticket or I tried to cheat the conductor or misbehaved with him I would have calmed down myself, finally when I discussed with my friends who used the pass concluded that they also had the same experience but not that harsh as mine, they disclosed that nothing was wrong with you, it was the pass (1000Rs) which made you to humiliate in the bus, most of the conductors are irritated when they see the Pass.
            I am was quite puzzled after knowing the reason and also I could recall at some instance I had observed that after displaying the pass some of the conductors were not happy. If this is the reason for the calamity, then what can be done regarding this kind of rude behavior meted out to commuters who hold the Pass, only the MTC higher official should decide and educate the bus conductors to change their attitude and take strict action on those who harass the commuters. We the Pass holders does not get this free of cost we have to shed one tenth or more/less of our hard earned money to buy this, which is also included to the annual budget of MTC yearly turn over, where the profit are enjoyed by the MTC staff as Bonus. I strictly condemn this act of the conductor and request all the concerned MTC higher official to take a strict action on him, this is not the end of the saga, I will continue this and will take all the necessary step deemed fit if no action is taken, till justification is done.
            Dears,
            Date 17.06.2019, bus no TN 01 AN 2381, route tambaram sanatorium to sriperumbudhur, conductor treats me very badly he told me to seize my pass and laydown from bus, will give the authority to seize my pass and he treats monthly pass holders badly. He speaks more rubbish words in bus very bad experience trip in MTC.

              Today[protected] i travelled from villivakkam(nathamudni bus stop) to CMBT Bus Stand in M48C bus I took 4.00 Rupees

              ticket from the conductor. Checking happened in CMBT during 8.45a.m to 9.00am. They told this ticket is not for

              this bus. I told them i gave 4.00 RS and got the ticket. THey told the serial no of my ticket is varying from the

              conuctors ticket set. I argued them lot. They didnt accept and they are asking how much will you pay. You have to

              pay 500 i[censored] r not having ticket. You are having ticket so tell me how much will you pay. Is it the way to behave

              to a public who is having proper ticket in their hand. Its taking time for me to reach my office. SO finally I paid

              200 Rs. After that I catched other bus to reach my office. In that bus i explained the detials to that conductor.

              He told this is not your fault. Checking people cheated you. I am excepting some positive respose from the MTC

              Management side. Please let me know the status of this complaint.

                Sir,
                I am a lady using public transport as a female we have many issues which iam forced to explain it here as aresult of bad experiences.
                We have monthly problems which makes us horrible many have the pain inspite of that they are working .But in many buses males occupy the ladies seat and make it inconvenient for us i had to fight with them and in most cases withdraw not even a single driver or conductor come to our rescue .Apart from this many have ceaserian operation so we need to sit in our seat but this doesnot happen Atleast advice the conductor to make sure that all our seats are for us even a school boys occupy the ladies seat even if their seats are empty and mostly argue wiyh us I will be happy if we restored our seats as we have problems.

                Poor maintenance

                D70 bus (the joined type), with plate no TN-01N-4561 is poorly maintained. Especially the windows section is of near danger, anytime it can fall out causing accidents. Please look into it as soon as possible to avoid any possible tragedy.

                  I'm a College Student doing IIIrd yr IT in PSG tech
                  when i was travelling in MTC bus coimbatore
                  a bus conductor misbehaved wit me...couldn't go to the nearest police station
                  as i'm lil worried about my career..and i couldn't jus brush it of cos

                    Good morning Sir,

                    Today 04/12/2009 I was going to nugambakkam from my home at Chola bus stop bus number 29C Depo Number ADI 1732 had stopped the bus in the middle off the road 7- 10 feet away from the bus stop to pick the passengers the entire road was blocked. Vehicles from the bridge were not able go ahead and even vehicles from the by-lane were not able move for 5- 7 minutes When I had stopped my vehicle near Stella maris bustop and asked the bus driver politely why cant you stop the bus near the bus stop ? he claims that there was a auto was parked on the left hence he had stopped the bus in the middle of the road. But I did check is there any hindrance on the left side but no auto or even cycle was there he had parked it purposely he created a inconvenience to the public. More over its near to the Chief minister house but the police are not concerned about the same.

                    Above all the driver used unparliamentarily words and abused me and my family with third rated language in the middle of the road. I request the concerned head of the department to take the necessary action against this driver so that it becomes a learning for other drivers. I pray for the necessary action.

                    The drivers of MTC while taking out their busses during the early hours from the Depot at Chromepet, park them at the busy junction of Chitlapakkam Main road, ( to have their morning tea)causing a great deal of inconvenience to the other vehicles plying on these roads.The engines of these busses are left idling adding further to the nuisance and inconvenience.I call upon the authorities to isue stern instructions to these erring fleet staff to bear in mind that the Public Roads are not their own property to park the busses any where causing Public inconvenience.

                    Respected sirs,
                    This is to bring to your kind notice that the bus stop at kovilambakkam going towards Mount has been shifted. This bus stop, the shopkeeper at the pavement over the gutter has blocked with bamboos so that the people do not stand on the pavement and ultimately they need to stand on the road, where the bus has to ply. There is no point of widening the roads, and we are only standing on the road causing an hinderence to the buses. Please take necessary actions and see that the pavement is not blocked at any hours, atleast we public will be able to stand on the pavement over the gutter.

                    Even if we stand they ask the public to get down and stand on the road. Please take necessary action and try to provide a bus shelter, so that they do not misuse the pavement. The whole stretch of the pavement has been encroached by the shopkeepers stating it is their place, where the public has to walk on the pavement, but ultimately the public walks on the road causing hinderence to the vehicles on the road.

                    i am staying in ayanavaram (chennai) from my birth.i am working girl...every day i am going through 23c bus...before it was some what good...even though we suffered lot...but now few days back they changed the seating arrangement of the women and gents...its not correct and proper now only we are suffering lot...due to some of the men's...they are misbehaving on womens...they easily come and sitting with the womens and doing something bad very bad.so we are not able to go freely.we pleased to say you that take a action on it and arrange the seating arrangement as before...i kindly request you to take the action on it...as a girl i request you to take the correct action sir /madam...please.
                    There is bad mentality prevailing in Conductors and Drivers in MTC bus service. Making people run here and there that too in peak hours without stopping the bus in the bus stops is not at all a decent thing to do. This does not justify the high ticket fare collected from public. A quality service need to be provided to the public who is paying so high (without much of opposition), for a public transport inspite of all their other high expenses. Treating public as stray dogs is not at all acceptable. If the service is regularised and operated efficiently the buses wont be over crowded and the public will feel the convinience in the Buses. But to help the Share autos it is felt that the MTC is purposefully treating public as a cheap objects. So MTC persons! kindly stop this attitude and treat the public as human beings and dont punish entire public due to the mistakes done by some one or two persons.
                    There is one more bad mentality prevailing in Conductors and Drivers in MTC bus service. Making small school going children run here and there that too in school hours without stopping the bus in the bus stops is a very ugly and cheap thing to do. Showing our courage to small children is the most indecent things and it wont lead the children to a good behaviour. It will in turn teach the children how to board or get down from a running buses, How to travel in foot board and all which is preached by MTC as illegal things. And remember there may be some children of conductors and drivers as well in the crowd who are suffering. So think children as a soft beings and have mercy on them. So MTC persons! dont show your power to the children. Instead show love.

                    Date 17.06.2019, bus no TN 01 AN 2381, route tambaram sanatorium to sriperumbudhur, conductor treats me very badly he told me to seize my pass and laydown from bus, who will give the authority to seize my pass and he treats monthly pass holders badly. He speaks more rubbish words in bus very bad experience trip in MTC.

                      Bus not stopping at bus stops

                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                      The MTC bus M49 , TN-01 5871 driver who was driving the bus on 3rd dec 2009 was not stopping the bus at most of the designated stops. He didn't stop even at the origin Thiruvanmiyur depot, people ran and climbed into the bus.
                      The bus conductor was trying to make him stop the bus from time to time but he was not listening much. The bus left the thiruvanmiyur bus depot at 10:30 (approx).

                      Dear Sir,

                      There is dearth of busses plying towards Perambur and Pursai, none of the buses are available from 6.30 - 7.30. If at all any bus comes, it doesn't stop, this is a recurrent problem occuring at Commissioner Office bus stand, many office going girls are suffering, they are not able to reach home in time

                      Please help to resolve the issue

We have to wait for bus for long time. So I request you to increase frequencies between two destinations and add more destinations. So that it will be useful for college students and working people.                       T51, c51 are the two key routes in the Tambaram - Sozhinganallur route during the Peak hours. Most of the crowd use these routes during the Week days for going to their work. But these services have no definite time and frequency during the peak hours. So each bus becomes over crowded and there are lot of risks associated with that. It does not matter that how many buses are there in these routes. But the main factor is how frequently and efficiently these routes are operated during peak hours to avoid inconvinience to the public. So kindly try to keep a regular frequency for C51, T51 during peak hours to reduce the inconvinience to the office - goers and help the public.
                      Bus Facility from Nanganallur to the outer city is very poor. If not all the time, it is better if we make sure buses are frequent from Nanganallur atleast during Peak hours.Almost 45 minutes bus service is not there and 3 to 4 buses are coming back to back. Elderly people and office goers are suffering because of this.

                        I was travelling from poonamalle to tambaram in the bus no:TN 01 N 4359 the bus conductor dint came and ask for the ticket so i was sitting idly and after sometime i itself went and asked for the ticket but he refused to give the ticket by tellin the reason that 5 stages have gone also he is scolding me in bad words so kindly take the action on that bus conductor.
                        This is to inform that the ticket counter at T.nagar doesn't have enough passes to issue to the passengers who are in need of it . So kindly do the needful to help your people and the passengers aswell.

                        The driver of A1 (Fom Central to Thiruvanmiyur) in the bus TN01 N 8026 was driving very rashly on Monday morning 6PM trip. He was trying to overtake a bus T1 near Royatpettah High road in the narrow roads and was about to hit 2 persons walking and in cycle. He continued to drive rashly and overtook near MGR Janakiammal College. When I enquired on why he is driving rashly, he started speaking in filthy words. He even tried to hit me before the conductor and a passerby intervened. Request your urgent intervention as this would be threatening lives of many innocents on the road.

                        02 .12 .2010 அன்று காலை 10 மணி அளவில் ஆழ்வார் பேட்டை செல்வதற்காக EGMORE COMMISSINOR OFFICE பேருந்து நிலையத்தில் பேருந்தின் முன் பகுதியில் ஏறிய நான் பயண சீட்டு கேட்டதற்கு “ நீ இங்கு வந்து டிக்கெட் வாங்கு, இல்லையென்றால் கீழே இறங்கிவிடு “என்று கூறினார். ஏன் இவ்வாறு பேசுகிறீர்கள் என்று கேட்டதற்கு அணைத்து பயணிகள் முன் என்னை தரக்குறைவாக பேசியதுடன், என்னை சண்டைக்கு வரும்படி அழைத்தார். இது என்னை மிகுந்த மன பாதிப்புகுள்ளக்கியது. ஆகையால் குறிப்பிட்ட அந்த பேருந்து நடத்துனரை கண்டித்து, பயணிகளிடம் எவ்வாறு நடந்து கொள்ளவேண்டும் என்று அறிவுரை கூறுமாறு கேட்டு கொள்கிறேன். இது என் ஒருவனின் தனிப்பட்ட கருத்து என்று எடுத்து கொள்ளாமல் பொது மக்களின் கருத்தாக எடுத்து கொள்ள வேண்டும் என்று கேட்டு கொள்கிறேன்.

                          I am a resident of T. Nagar. Daily I am going by 147 series from T. Nagar to anna nagar to office.

                          Last week, the officials have changed the bus stop of 147 buses from T. Nagar depo to the Burkit Road.

                          Since the road is free of traffic and no one to question all buses are standing there for more than 20 to 30 mins. Sometimes, even five 147 buses are standing there. No one has idea which one will start first and at what time.

                          At peak hours, office going passengers are waiting to know which bus will start and when. More than 20mins are getting wasted due to this. It is great trouble for the office going employees who need to go their office at correct time.

                          Inspite of many buses are standing, we are not able to reach the destination at time. Then what is the use of having more buses?

                          The officials should seek a solution for this.

                          MTC complaints — Not starting the bus in the correct time

                          In the morning the buses are not taking in the scheduled time by the Driver and Conductor. If the Driver is there the Conductor is not available and vice versa. If you see the bus in the depot it will be in the starting stage, where the passengers will be seated, later another bus will be started, and all the passengers will be getting & running down to catch the bus which recently started. The horrible thing to see in this incident is while the aged people moving from one bus to another they get hurt with the baskets which the people carrying to get the vegetables.

                          Another major issue on the MTC is that the people who are waiting for the bus to reach their office has patience. Though they get up early (3:00 am) to reach the work on-time, they wont be getting the bus on-time. The MTC should consider about this issue and take necessary steps to start the buses in the scheduled time atleast in the morning hours.
                          DEAR SIR/MADAM IN PERAMBUR TERMINUS FIRST SERVICE BUS TAKEN TO 5.30 ONLY, TIME KEEPER NOBODY THEIR SO ALL BUSES TAKE SO LATE. SOME BUS NOT COME TO TERMINUS THEY DIRECTLY START FROM DEPT DUE TO LATE TAKEN SO KINDLY TAKE ACTION AND ARRANGE ONE TIME KEEPER IN PERAMBUR TERMINUS

                          The 5e route bus which goes to besant nagar frequency can be increased. During the office hours from 8 To 10 people are finding it really hard to board bus because its fully packed up. Kindly look upon it
