I was waiting at the Thiruvanmiyur bus stand for almost 1hr from 4.35 to 5.20 waiting for 95. One bus came by 4.50 and left from there only by 5.20, when asked the conductor said there is a frequency of bus within 5 mins and later when I told my issue he came with nonsense logic. Pathetic and disappointing. If there is no bus at that time, kindly notify at what time bus will be available, atleast we need not be fools and waste our time.

Currently mtc bus route # 26r, 26m, 45b, 21e & 54 operated upto mugalivakkam arasamaram, that services need to be extend upto boundary mugalivakkm (Madhanadapuram), this route extension very helpful to senior citizen. Request to mtc authorities extend the above bus service up to madhanadapuram (Mugalivaakam).

No bus facility in the morning time (Between 4 and 5 am). From pallavaram to mylapore (21g).   replace all

I had been complaining about this issue for more then 2 months to mtc customer service, all the time they telling same story we inform to terminus here after it won't happen. But still those buses 570 570s 570x are not stopping at thirunagar, vadapalani stop. If we ask to the conductor about this at any situation they not evengiving us a basic respect. People like are depends on the public transport to go office on that bus root like me are getting affected by this issue regularly. I request you to resolve this issue and make sure the buses will be stopping at thirunagar vadapalani stop.

I am mahesh from potheri Extn near Srm university Chennai. My surrounding area(tambaram to chengalpatu) is highly developed and population strength is high sir. This surrounding area is many more IT company, manufacturing company &many education institutions in this route for example:- infocus, gapgemini, ford, bmw, many company and Srm university is very famous private university in tamilnadu, and many school, college and govt office.so many people travels in Chennai city many places. Sir last 1.5 years back my route MTC city bus old 500 dlx, A/c(T.nager to chengalpatu every 30 minute one bus running) but this route all buses cut service operate only the old m500 route tambaram to chengalpattu, 577(mandaveli to chengalpatu every 1 hr one bus), 500b (broadway to mahendra city every 1 hr one bua), 500c(cmbt to mahendra city every 3 hr one bus), 518(maraimalainagar to t.nager, broadway every 2hr one bus), 500j(velachery to chengalpatu/maraimalainagar) This following routes buses are running sir .But few years back all bus route stopped sir .so regular traveling puplic is very affected sir. so pls immediately relanged the old stopped buses and routes again operate sir. my suggestion following bus routes is very use full to the all kind of puplic.Route detail is thirivamiyur (via vandalur)to mahindra city, kelampakam &poonamali(outer ring road) and Ambatthur(outer ring road) route very use full to puplic sir and also u surway this route population strength sir.This routes no direct city conectivity bus route presently not available 2 r 3 bus change the reached the city.Broadway to chengalpatu total kilometres is 55 km last dmk government city bus extension upto 50 to 60km including chengalpattu but presently all Chennai to chengalpattu connectivity bus routes stopped only one bus route operate the tambaram to chengalpattu other all route stopped and presently cm is announced chengalpatu dt. Pls take necessary action this mail sir .Extend the city bus route and city route in many Chennai suburban towns sir. Thank you

I board 71e from the kilpauk bus stop to lucas tvs bus stop on a daily basis for my work.

This is to bring notice about the poor frequency of the bus it come only every 40- 55 mins as opposed to the 15 minutes it's is supposed to.

Due to this people are late to work and school and most importantly the bus gets over crowded, so pls note the issue and solve as soon as possible

Hi this is saranya, actually today i started mm y journey frm patinampakkam to ptc quarter's. I gave 30rs to buy ticket,, actually ticket ratebis 23rs so balance 7rs should be given to me. But conductor scolded me in rude words and insulted me in front of everyone. So i need justice because heis doing not only to me, to everyone he is doing, not only him many conductors are doing the same issue

Today dec15 th 2019 morning at 8 am cmbt to cuddalore bus delayed. Team members told that the bus timing was 8.10 by 8 am the bus almost full and moved on time at 8.10am. The time keeper stopped the bus timing asked driver to take the bus at 9 am. While i asked for the reason the time keeper behaved very rudely.
I want the concern authority to take proper corrective and preventive action.
Passengers travel with lot of commitment, whole schedule affected.
Route also changed.
He behaved irresponsibly

Hi,
Bus no 76 from medavakkam to coimbade bus service from 5.00 to 6.20 pm is irregular, as there is no bus is commuting on time. Passengers are waiting for a long time and started to use private autos, but the people cannot offer money that much are waiting for a long time. Facing this issue for a long time. After 6.20 there are series of buses coming one after another at the same time. Yesterday[protected] we all passengers asked about this to the conductor but no proper response received.. Conductor stating that there is no crowd in the route at this time, what a pathetic answer it is. Iam so depressed with the public servants and the top management of mtc. Please take necessary action.

I am travelling from thiruvottiyur to royapettah regularly around 9.00am to 6.00pm most of the peoples wants to get down in ea bus stop but the drivers are not stopping the bus at the particular stop and there is no frequent bus for thiruvottiyur and also the conductor not stopping the bus at wimco nagar bus stop.
Bus 21, 21c from broadway to mandaiveli bus conductors are putting stage 30mins for giving the tickets they are doing this wantedly this why we're getting too late to office.
And they picking the peoples not from the bus stop on the road way and they not giving the tickets quickly

I am jacob this is not a complaint but the suggestion behind with sad story i was about to travel from thiruvallur to karikalavakkam my native through bus from thiruvallur bustand i got bus no:tno1 an 0491 route thiruvallur to redhills no:505. Incident happened nearly 1-1:30 pm am with my trespassers seated in the bus near front exit bus driver taken noon meals in bus itself near back exit step within some minute one old man came and asked him at what time bus will start immediately he arose with angry and shouted all the passengers to get down from bus so i asked him what wrong asked with you sir you are shouting at all and he answered all people not allowing me to eat so i insisted to him we are not heartless to stop the workman from eating change the rude talking manner and he went to eat back again after within a minute one old lady get inside bus and asked of driver please move water bottle i want to seat at windows seat immediately he shouted me and asked call that appatakkar see what she asked old lady with fear asked sorry and i was totally upset and i began to move from that bus to take another bus. I humbly request you to please allocate time to eat for drivers and conductors and and insist drivers and conductors to speak with tendency but am not taking about all the drivers and conductors but some of them working with their own and spoils overall employs and corporation name in bad opinion why because milliners and billionaires using their cars to travel buses are used by downtrodden and poor peoples if they shout arrogantly they even do not know to to complaint or get forward to superior so kindly give training more to driver and conductors about talking with

From tambaram to siruseri bus route bus number 105 and 105a buses are not arriving properly. For the past 1 month we are very suffering to get the bus more than 90minutes. Every day we are waiting for the bus is not coming. We already complaint this to mtc group. But there is no action taken by authority. We are now catching the tambaram to sozhinganallur and sozhinganallur to siruseri. There is a lot of traffic during the morning time. Kindly take the proper action and let help us.

I want to draw your kind attention towards the rude and irresponsible behaviour of both drivers and bus conductors with the commuters. They look towards the passengers with indifference and behave with them in a very strange and absurd way. They lack etiquette and use filthy language. If will not take action by Transport authorities i'll file case.

Okkiyampet bus stop is quite a big bus stop as more people boards in and drops off. But only few buses stopping in that stop. Express busses, bus routes - 570s, 570v etc not stopping in that stop. Sometimes if we board in 102 bus also, they say it will not stop in okkiyampet, as it is actually 570 bus and they forget to change the board. The before and next stops of okkiyampet is around 2 kms and people are struggling in the morning and peak hours. Request to consider okkiyampet as a major stop and arrange to stop all the buses over there and help the public to commute easily.

Sir, please consider this regard. We need bus services between uthukottai and avadi. It will be helpful for college students studying jaya, hindu like colleges, school students, and people who are working there and for public. It takes nearly 4 hours to travel in 592a and 580x. Also it will be helpful for people who are going to temple. I hope you will take immediate action.

Has my voter id adhaar card, pan card few god photos around 2000 rs several wallets such as metro cards west side preferred customer cards etc. I travelled by 5a on 17th september 2019 from tnagar and got down in medavakkam. They gave me normal hand ticket worth 29 rupees and i have given my number in tambaram bus depot. Kindly return my purse if anyone have witnessed the same

I have been waiting in the cit nagar bus stand for 1 hr waiting for 47d bus but not even one 47d bus came. I called [protected] to get information about the bus 47d. The person who took the call did not give a propee response and said that the bus will come and cut the call abruptly. I feel it is rude. Whoever sees this message please take appropriate action so that the buses can be made regular and ask your so called customer support team to be responsive and somewhat polite to the people enquiries because that is what they are supposed to do.

I am appplying students concession from college. All the students are made to pay the highest concession fare i.e. 280 for the first month.This activity is done by Avadi depot officers.

My route i.e. Dashamahan to Perambur.
Bus fare for this route is Rs. 6 in ordinary bus. But they given me the highest concession rate Rs. 280 pass. All the students have incur loss nearly 100 on average. So kindly take necessary action to indemnify it.

This is really a serious issue.

The buses for example today i was waiting at the satya studio bus stand around 10:20 pm for 29c. Two buses crossed by without even stopping. It was late night and i was the only girl standing there and waiting for the bus.

The drivers job is not just to complete the trip carrying no passengers. The public bus are meant for public help but this few drivers are making the hell misusing their responsibility and duty for the public.

This is not only the case of 29c route buses but within a week i faced the same issue with 54f and 49 route buses as well. Also saw another passenger (Aged lady) missed the bus number 27d due to the very same reason at stella maris college bus stand.

Am frustrated 😡 because it has been happening frequently now a days. I don't know how much will this forum help.

I also made a call to the mtc complain number for 29c bus complain. First thing they asked me to talk in tamil (Am not from south india, i do manage to speak tamil). Then after i explained the situation he told we will look into it and take action. I was very frustrated at that moment i wanted some action to be taken, i just checked with him what action are they going to take, he then told we need the bus number to take action (Valid point) but then why did he console earlier saying they will take an action??? So it means they just take the calls, assure an action for the complaints and close the chapter.

Seriously? I have been in chennai quite a time and i love the city's transportation facility but it is loosing it's name lately.

I really hope they should be a tracking system to track the buses.

In thiruvanamali bus stand. Early morning 3.15 am. we reached சென்னை to thiruvannamalai bus stand. 3.15 to 4.33 am still we are waiting for the bus.. So many buses are cmng but they are not allowed to enter inside the bus. Because that buses all going to villupuram. So they are stopped only particular stopping.local ticket fare was very less. So we are not allowed like they telling. Dated today 19 July 2019
