Dear office,
I regularly coming 12 bus, i coming from ice to t. Nagar, only one bus going that way. Now completely stop that bus. I go to office late every late. Not me only so much people waiting that bus, please morning time only please run that bus, we neet 8.45 bus of 12. Dont stop that bus. My kindly reguest please do sir.12 bus is coming bazullah way, please dont change route also.

    Website: State transport, chennai free pass for sr. Citizens

    Depots at north chennai like tiruvottiyur, ajax, do not accept new ration smart cards for issuin free pass.
    Even on thw tnepds website one can download ration card for which signatures are not required. This cert. Contains all the registered family members.
    Instead they demand only dirty old discarded ration cards.

    Pls introdoce innovation. Pls. Educate your staff how to read downloaded ration cards for issuing frèe pass for sr. Citizens.

      Even though the bus is full of crowd and the passengers are hanging on steps, the stupid nonsense irritating driver is closing the door and scolding us. Either he/conductor should not allow the passengers beyond the limit or he should open the door since he allowing more. That bloody driver is simply waste.

      Mtc bus department,

      Please give the proper training on how to behave to passengers for your drivers and conductors.

      What i had is worst. Im just a mediator who passed the info from other person to ask driver to open the door. If he have guts, he should talk to the persons those who are in steps or he should tell them to go inside (Notably there is no space amd the bus ia full of crowds), why the hell he is scolding me and who gave rights to scold me.

      If he is truly following the bus rules then it's should be in everything, not in just opening and closing the doors in every stops.

      If you or yours/driver's/condutor's family members are traveling in bus and they are facing the problem in bus, will you people accept it.

      Please take neccessary actions and provide proper trainings.

        Frequency of m1 is very less after 5.00 pm. Kindly request to increase as there is it hub like asendas tidel rmz over the area it would be more helpful. Also there is only white board kindly increase with green and electric board. I have seen couple of v51 which will be going vaccant during afternoon and evening. No proper distribution of buses. And also i find mosquito even in bus which means they are not properly maintained, government knows the risk of mosquito it is the same situation for the electric board. People paying the correct tickets amount even thought the tickets were raised 50percent, but the service we is not satisfactory.

          Hi team,

          I am travelling from sholinganallur to tambaram on bus (Bus no:99 & tn 01 n-5882). Conductor took money from me, but he did not given ticket to me. I asked twice him, then also he did not given. So i am raising this complaint. Bus started in sholinganallur at 5:25 pm.

          Can you please check and do the needful.

          I don't language to ask him. I asked in english, so easily escaping like telling i don't understanding. If some cache me i will caught and i need pay fine (After given money also)

            The ambattur ot time keeper is not at all responding for our doubts so kindly change the person as soon as possible. He is having much anger and is very much angry full person he will not listen to the passengers voices he will not be available for even a 3 hours a day even if he available also he will not interact with us in propee language. Please kindly make the action as soon as possible.

              Today morning 23-nov-2018 at around 10:25 am, bus driver for bus number tn-01 n-8966 from c. M. B. T to thituvanmiyur at tharamani link road, was driving so insanely that he did not even see the car at his right and completely broke our car's side mirror in the hurry of overtaking others.

              Our car is i-10 and we were at bus right side, when at front some other cars got stuck in jam, the bus driver was in so hurry of going and overtaking others that he did not even see our car and completely broke our car's left side mirror and ran away.

              We at first did not know what to do, than a person at bike suggested us to overtake the bus and at least speak to him. We being north indian, do not know tamil. We immediately went behind bus and asked him to stop. On stopping we told him what you have done.

              Bus driver and bus conductor and they gathered all other people of their community and told them some other cooked up story. We are telling them that bus hit or car and ran away, that is why we are talking to them.

              But disadvantage of not knowing the language, and they all behaved so badly to us being not from chennai. They miss-behaved in full manner they could.

              I feel so bad, that first the bus driver does not know driving that he drove insanely bad and ruined our car's mirror. Second they do not know how to talk and even accept their fault.in fact treated us so badly. And ran away.

                Hi,

                I am mohamed kafarkhan accommodated in nanmangalam which is near vellakkal. My nearest bus stop is nagathamman koil stop which is 500 meters far from my house where we can get only m14 bus coming from medavakkam towards ngo colony.
                I am working in a company which is situated in kandanchavadi. It is very difficult to reach my office daily. I have to board m14 bus and then i have to get down in echangadu stop after mgr nagar. Then i have to walk towards bus stop where i can get 91 bus and that is the only bus which goes kandanchavadi. It is almost 3/4th of a kilometer which i have to walk daily to catch my buses.

                It is very difficult for me to reach home after my work. I have to pick 91 bus and to get down in echangadu stop and then there is no stop there to pick buses to go nanmangalam. I have to walk till mgr nagar which is more than 1 km far from the bus stop.

                Also there is only m14 service is available in nagathamman kovil bus stop. For other buses, i have to walk till vellakkal which is also 1 km away where i can get buses for velachery, cmbt, saidapet and t nagar. I request to stop all the buses in nagathamman kovil stop also.

                We are also many passengers from nagathamman kovil stop who wants to go all the places in chennai which is mainly to omr for work. So please consider this request. This may also a revenue to mtc.

                  We are 7b users... We have only one this option from podikadai bus stop to broadway route... Waiting for a bus more than an hour in city is not at all acceptable due to this irregular timings, we are not able to reach to office on time.. So could you please fix this issue as soon as possible.. Or please increase the number of buses on this route...

                    I had to travel from cmbt to erukanchery and the ticket cost is 13rs. I gave an amount of 20rs to the conductor since i had no change. The bus conductor harshly said to give 3rs change and get back 10rs. I did not receive my money balance till my stop came. Just 2min before getting down i asked him my change and his response was so rude with imparliamentary and abusive words in front of all co-passengers. I wish govt could take serious actions on him and other such cheap behaviours.

                      Small bus no. S 81, that runs from pozhichalur to chrompet had 4 buses running. But the service was reduced to 3. Again on a day to day basis 3 buses are not operated. Either 1 or 2 that too only in the morning hours – first half. Second half the bus is diverted to other routes.

                      Route no. M 52 that runs from pozhichalur to hasthinapuram, durga nagar, guduvancherry as big bus.
                      Many times small buses, especially s 81 are diverted to operate from chrompet to hastinapuram with the number m 52, resulting in no s 81 at all.

                      The frequent conductors and drivers informs that it is the chrompet bus depot branch manager mr yuvaraj is diverting and stopping services of s 81 for simple reason that there is no representation from the local residents who must come and meet him with request to continue the service. Not sure how and why a depot manager can take decisions to divert bus run by government. Collection can be gained only if bus runs properly and on time. Else how can people wait and commute in this route?

                      S 81 runs via pammal nallathambi road, which has only this bus for elders, school goers and women. Many times people wait for the bus for hours together especially at chrompet without any information whether the bus runs or not.

                      I request your immediate intervention and put back the service back into normalcy and ensure that a minimum of 3 buses runs at any scheduled time.

                        I have been commuting 12g and 12 service mtc buses via yellow pages to t-nagar. Sir past two weeks those services have not being from 06:00 pm to 7:10 pm and also the frequency of those services are seldom. 12g ladies bus timing is 06:15 pm to 06:30 pm, but that bus not come regularly,

                        So i request you to instruct the concerned official to rectify my inconveniences.

                          My mother boarded the above said bus at 9.30pm at avadi bus stand and requested a ticket to Gandhi statue(Thiruninravur). As she is unaware of the ticket fare she offered 10 rs and requested a ticket. The respectless conductor used abusing language and harassed my mother with vulgar language. Had he said the ticket fare she would have given it without any hesitation.
                          I demand a disciplinary action against the said conductor immediately as this is highly irresponsible from a public servant who draws pay from the taxes paid the public.
                          What is the protection given to the women that to at night times?

                            Bus detail -27b (Deluxe) tn 01 n 8528 (Ani 2525) time :10.38 pm @ chetpet. Bus didnt stop at tailor's road and chetpet stop. The passenger on asking to the conductor, he replied rudely for not stopping at chetpet stop and dropped the passenger in a hurry at the next stop. Also the driver was driving rashly and using abusive words on the fellow vehicle drivers on road. My question is why the driver is in so much of a hurry and the conductor is supporting the mistake when three 27b buses are going infront. I was travelling from aminjikarai to egmore (Ticket id - 166137).

                              Kk nagar 12 g bus conductor verbally abused me for asking change. I had to get down at the depot when i asked back for change he gave me 5 rupees note. As i politely said nobody are accepting the note not even the conductors, give me a coin. He immediately got angry and started verbally abusing me. Please take action against the 12g bus conductor! I don't know his name but on 3rd october 2018 by 1:00 the bus was at anna square depot and by 2:30 it reached kk nagar depot.

                                complaint for conductor

                                I'm travelled for lucas tvs to cmbt (13/9/2018). I had pay 10 rupees note conductor give 10 rupees ticket. I'm asked how many rupees this traveling. He said 10 rupees. Last time traveling this route 9 rupees ticket for paid. But this time her giving 10 rupees ticket. I'm confused so asked for bus timing office at cmbt. He said conform 9 rupees ticket but that is guindy deppo so go to there and complaint.

                                Hi Team,
                                Today i have boarded 91 bus(TN01 N 9634) from vels university stop(chromepet) to chennai one (Thoraipakam)at 1.32 PM. As soon as i boarded the bus, i was waiting to get the ticket as i dont have change i gave 50 rs for which conductor spoke rudely and asked me to get the change, if you dont have change get down( change vangitu mela eru, ilena next stop la erangidu). Again i was standing firmly then he got my 50 rs and refused to give the change even though he was having change which he got from other passengers. Also when i asked about my remaining change, he told will give you only at the end of the stop. I asked him he can give the change which he got from other passengers, for which he said you go and get and come from them why should i do?( ni venumna avnga kita change vangi enaku kudu, na yen vanganum) Also he gave me the ticket for 13 rs(pallav garden to thoraipakkam) whereas my actual fare was 12 rs( vels to chennai one), when i enquired about this he said, you should ask and get properly.( ni olunga chck pani vangi irukanum, enala la paka mudiyathu) I was shocked, as its his duty to give the proper tickets. Also his way of talk, behaviour was very rude. He started calling me as VA, PO, next stop la erangu, ni vangu, etc.. He din give basic respect to elderly people or to anyone. I feel much offended by his behaviour and need action against this, so that it wont continue in the future with any other passenger. I have attached the bus ticket and the conductor image where he was holding the change in one hand and rupees in other hand, yet he refused to give it to me unless I reach my destination.

                                  Conductor rude behaviour. Bus number is TN 01 AN 1719.Time is 2.55pm . Date is 30.8.2018 . Destination of that bus is mamallapuram (515). Not stopping bus in bus stand for two people but actually we are six. We footboard and got the bus and one of my friend miss the bus. If anyone of them fall in between, who will be responsible for that.He didn't slow downed the speed of bus. We argued with him but he spoke local bad language to students. I request you take action against them. Otherwise we have video of the conductor. We will make it viral in social networks. Please consider this complaint. Every life is precious one. Many times I got this type of incident and I don't want this to continue any more. Please consider. Thank you

                                    The driver of 21g towards mylapore side, driving the bus number tn 01 n 5886 was driving in a rash and negligent manner. He also purposefully jammed the hand of a man between the doors. The front door which was kept open throughout was suddenly closed when this man got down the first step and held the door. I wish the authorities can act upon this.

                                      Hello sir, 16 August 2018, night 11.10pm Bus no 102K(Kannagi nagar to Broadway) was not stopped in Adyar dipot bus stop.
                                      Both the buses white and green board was went continiously without stopping at adyar dipot.This is not first time this happens frequently, it is difficult for public.So i request you to Kindly take some steps for this. Thank you
