Dear sir,
My self surender, daily Traveller from Broadway to kelambakkam in 102 (deluxe) bus around 7.15, as you know well...Route to kelambakkam always be crowded due to factories, software companies, colleges, temples, and schools, daily people face untoldable suffering due to lack of buses 102 (Broadway to kelambakkam) from Broadway around 7.10-7.30...the bus is fully loaded even before reaching light house... As you aware that school time in narrow loaded santhome is 8.00, kindly give us a feasible bus service as many you can around 7.20...to reach our destination .. another suggestion -to stop overflow of crowd kindly start a new bus service from Anna square to kelambakkam to reduce the burden of 102 buses..thank you

    I am t raghavan retired from indian overses bank. On 30.05.18 at 5.45 pm i was waiting for 11g from broadway to kk nagar for 50 minutes. At 6.35pm one 11g has come. I asked for delay since my legs are paining. Both conductor and driver are using filthy and vulgar language. Driver came forward to hit me in uniform. On duty is this the way they are behaving like slum people. Please take stern action and this should not happen again. Mtc already earn bad name and these incidents will lead to
    Further damage. Take action and transfer these bad elements.

        Coming late and a old lady fainted standing under sun
        The roads are digged and there is no proper shelter or bus stand in sithalapakkam area.
        This is a total disgrace when there are 3buses already should have crossed but there were no buses for (1hour)
        When people stand under sun they get dehydrated and faint.
        Since people who are not much educated travel in these buses, drivers and conductors take advantage by coming so late.
        Poor people who only depend on these buses should wait for whenever the driver wish to arrive??? Or at the right time?

          Last few months, i am finding many conductors and drivers are very rude and harsh with the passengers and pass byers.

          I know its not an easy job on a busy day, but these conductors should learn some manners and decency in public. This was the incident happened on 28th march 2018, bus reg. No. Tn01n7957 ambattur ot to t. Nagar, 147c.. Conductor was very rude and harsh with the passengers (Even senior citizens and ladies too) and i sincerely request the mtc department to arrange a counselling session for all mtc conductors and drivers. And, the driver of the same bus (Tn01n7957) things himself as a hero and driving rashly and shouting badly at the passbyers moreover the mistake was on him. And, i suggest the mtc driver to go on a vacation to mudumalai or any hill station for rejuvenation. Entire passengers life are at risk with these kind of drivers and conductors. Really cannot digest when senior citizens are abused.

          I am drafting this complaint after a bitter experience even today, same 147c ambattur to t. Nagar route (No sure with the bus reg. No.)

          I sincerely request a swift action against these conductors and drivers particularly : ambattur ot - t. Nagar route (147c)

            Only one bus in the morning i. E. 25 e is operated from k. K. Nagar depo at 8.55 am for government servant. But for the two weeks some days this bus is not coming. Today[protected] this 25 e bus has not come. I request you to kindly make it regular because most of the government servants are believing this bus and if it is not coming we are going to office late.

              Boarded tn01g 4772 - 21g bus from avatar gate hotel to thiruvalluvar statue mylapore by 7.45pm on 02.02.18. It is a extends bus. Issued ticket for rs.10.00 instead of rs.9.00. Informed by the conductor as not having the option in his hand machine. Ticket given up to queen mary's college. Why are you targetting middle class. If we tell tomorrow that we are not having rs.2 change will you accept
              Why you have taken the bus when option for re 9.00 ticket is not there. We need clarification. And also only in 21g white board buses are not runnig. Pls take action. Thanks.

              There is no daily bus pass by MTC since bus faires got increased from Jan ' 18.This is causing a lot of trouble to customers who are traveling long distance daily.1000/- pass is useful to everyone.So, if daily pass is issued we can take pass whenever we travel more.Please issue one day pass as early as possible.

                I would like to complaing about the poor frequency of the bus 21l operated between velachery and broadway.

                Sometime we have to wait for more than 1 hour and even after it does not come and we have to take a auto or cancel our schedule. Not always and not everyone can afford to do that.

                Think about the daily wagers, school/college students who travel everyday.

                This kind of delay or absence of arrival in all kind of time and day no matter it is a weekday or weekend, it is peak hour or non-peak hour.

                Just like that it comes on its own time or does not come at all.

                Please consider the difficulty of the common passengers and do the needful.

                On 31st Jan 2018 at 5 pm, bus number 515 ( Thiruporur to Tambaram) did not stop at my bus stop Vijayshanthi lotuspond appartment, eventhough after waving hands. It was not LSS. Please serve public as it hurts people who depend upon public transport.
                Please provide more buses from NGO colony bus depot adambakkam, to broadway, poonamalle, ambattur, sholingallur. Please give atleat two buses.please give immediately, we are sufering without buses.We are requesting so much. We are suffering so.much

                  I was travelling from beach to thiruvottiyur on 16/11/2017 at 9.00 pm.in tolgate depot two checking inspectors get into bus and asked my pass i shown but its my first day with 1000 pass but they dragged me outside bus speak rudely... I want to ask u some question... Is this the way u treat the public... Is they are checkers are gundas... Is this public department or gangster staffs department...

                    Respective mtc department, kindly note we are from vijayanagar (After santhosepuram stop) recently we noticed all the mtc bus will stop at vijayanagar, but no deleux buses stopping at that stop except 51.

                    Kindly review your notice board attached for your reference.

                    Please assist to ask all drivers to stop all buses at vijayanagar.

                    Ser no =[protected],[protected],[protected] power supply cut in Mtc, Basinbridge depot from 08.11.2017 onwards. Several time informed to AE, AD. But till now no response. It is very difficult to operate the public service of govt.buses and maintaining and servicing of buses.

                      Sir,
                      I am kamalraj, journey by mtc bus of 221 from central to thiruporur on 5.10.17. At 9.00pm the bus under breakdown near tidel park stop. So i am change the journey by mtc bus no 519 @ kai 0894 depot. Bus fully rush, l am in step, the conductor asked ticket i will show my ₹1000 pass. But conductor shouted to me and used abused bad words. I am get up am l asked why are shouting? Immediately conductor told get down from the bus. I am refused, but he was angry with used vulcur words and also beat me in front of public at 9.14pm on 5.10.17 in kandanchavadi stop. I cannot reverse to beat because of he was on duty. So i am very much wounded by health and mind. So kindly request to take severe action to the conductor as soon sir. I am very much suffered by my mindwise. Action only for my remedy sir.

                        Good morning sir/mam,
                        I am iyyappan. M my mobile number is [protected] i am an engineer.. I have travelled avadi to cmbt on sunday (10/09/2017) 6.51am. At bus root number is 77, ticket number t-a86830, vehicle registration number is tn 01 n-4532 and depot number avi 0458... I gave rs.15 to conductor my ticket fare is rs.11 balance rs.4 he wont give, after i reached my destination again i asked my balance to conductor, suddenly he said "if you need rs.4 you must go and collect change and give me rs.1 and i will give you rs.5"like this. I am also search somewhere but i am not get again i came i asked conductor but he is not ready to hear my words and he have some coins but he not give me. Please accept my complaint on that conductor and please return my balance rs.4... And the conductor behavior is very worst to passanger... Kindly do needfull sir/mam. I have attached the photos of conductor, bus number and ticket.

                        MTC route 102 from omr to Broadway ! Bus number TN01-N 5027 ; driver misbehaving very badly and asking me to sit how he want and saying that the way i sit is disturbing him? How can a driver behaving cheap ? Please teach them manners and discipline at first ; he refused to say his name and conductor too! Please escalate this ! Am hurt

                          I got in 19b saidapet to siruseri at 8.15 am and i reached sipcot by 9 then in the mean time i think my purse fell down while putting in handbag. Please help me i have all the documents in that adhar, pan and voter id cards. My photo was also there then anyone can recognize me. Please do help me and i had all my debit cards and food card. Be human and help human. Be kind. Do justice.

                            I was travelling from east tambaram to santhosapuram in an mtc bus (Bus no. Photo attached). I took the ticket as i entered the bus and the conductor was supposed to give back the change.. As most of the times the conductors give the change after sometime.. I thought even this person will give the change later.. But as my stop was nearing.. I went up to him and asked him "anna change?", he replied to me by saying that he doesn't have change while in front of me people were giving him change.. And in front of me he even gave change to so many people except me.. I told him to check atleast once if he had change or not.. But he refused to do so.. And stopped replying and started ignoring me.. Was this because i am not a south indian? Or i don't look like a south indian? It's a big shame that conductors don't treat passengers equally. Strict action must be taken against him. Conductor's photo and bus number photo attached.

                              Bus route 61k (Avadi to new kanni amman nagar) bus registration no. Tn 01 n 5431. Dated 01/08/2017. Incident timing 10:30 am while traveling from new kannai amman nagar to avadi. Bus driver carelessly driving bus operating his mobile phone, talking over the mobile phone.

                              Please take proper action on him. Please restrict the use of phone on bus drivers to avoid unnecessary and unwanted accidents.

                                Reason : not stopping pallava garden bus stop

                                Compliant : i asked to previous stop again 3 times told the contractor but not stopping bus stop. He told the 1000 pass not stopping the bus stop. Only ticket buy bus stop immediately bus stop.
                                Walked 1.5 km weste of time 10 to 15 mins. So please kindly help

                                  I am a senior citizen 77 years old and had come to get my bus pass (Senior citizens pass) to vadapalani bus depot.
                                  I came a bit late ie 1.03 noon when the window was open and the officer was issuing passes.
                                  He said i am late and asked me to come after 2.00 noon which is understandable. I politely requested him saying please help me
                                  He was rude and shouted at me and told me in tamil veruppu eyuthde poiya and slammed one of the window doors.
                                  This is not expected of a govt servant to humiliate a senior citizen.
                                  We are not beggars and he treated me worse than that.
                                  I need an explanation as to why he behaved in a brutal manner.

                                    I board 47A from the kilpauk bus stop to it bus stop on a daily basis for my work.

                                    This is to bring notice about the poor frequency of the bus it come only every 40- 55 mins as opposed to the 15 minutes it's is supposed to.

                                    Due to this people are late to work and school and most importantly the bus gets over crowded which also includes kids hanging out of the foot boards of the bus, if this frequency issue isn't solved there could be big legal damages to the mtc corporation if some accident takes place.

                                      I don't know will this make a change but I hope so.

                                      Avadi to periyapalayam bus services are the best in worst of all. They have no proper timings. Depo people's have no good answers. No bus after 8:30pm only available at 10:30pm.

                                      But the busses will be arriving to Depo more than 4 or 5.

                                      They are doing like who his going to ask them.

                                      If anyone available to take action. Please do

                                        As regular visitors to vivekananda house, we find it difficult to drop and board at the bus stop provided opposite to the illam. Though there is a bus stop constructed, none of the mtc buses stop there. We r walking upto queen marys college to take bus towards santhome. A walk in the reverse is also quite far to reach a bus stop-chepak stadium. Also, as this is a tourist spot, it wil be helpful to attract crowd by providing the bus stop facility to all.
