Mtdc — refund

I tried to book mtdc “bhandardara, ahmednagar” resort on 23rd dec -2019 by using my icici bank. My account had debited twice but booking had not confirmed by mtdc. I had paid rs - 4032 twice total amount paid-rs-8064. Refer below the payment ref-
First payment ref is “upi/[protected]/oid[protected]bk/paytm[protected]@/paytm payments/”
Second payment ref is “upi/[protected]/oid[protected]bk/paytm[protected]@/paytm payments/”
Username - [protected]@yahoo.com used for above transction on https://mtdcrrs.maharashtratourism.gov.in/Account/Login.aspx.

Debited amount didn’t refund back to my account yet so refund back amount in my icici bank a/c
