MTR Foods — delay in my order along with non response from customer care department

I have ordered food product online which is paid fully with order id[protected] dater 12/09/2018, . I have submitted my full address along with pin code still order is not received to me... Customer dept once told that they will refund amount but again on next day they told that they will resend my order.. But till now no communication by mail and my paid amount also not refunded.. Kindly do needful
