Mts — Absence of service. Non working product | |||
I work at DLF brands. As a company account, I had taken a MTS data card in March. After a couple of months o[censored]sing this card I realised that this card would not work anywhere. I complained to the company, MTS several times with no resolution. For the last month of service I decided not to pay the bill because i was not getting any service in return. The bill for that month was Rs.1000 and somehow now they are asking for Rs 2000. I refuse to pay in protest against companies like this that provide nothing to the customer but expect a payment in return. Was this information helpful? | |||
