Mts — Bad internet connection

I bought a MTS wifi router the representative of told me its 3G+ router you will get speed more then 5mbps . i wasted my Rs.2500 to get that wonderful connection . unfortunately i am getting speed of 25kbps to 300kbps max. i called to customer care 2 days back they told me don't worry we are working on our network connection will stable soon . but still i am facing same problem . i need high speed internet to do study they are mocking on me to provide this kind of rubbish connection i am not happy with service . because they are giving miss-commitment to customer they are doing wrong advertisement . they are making full to customer kindly take action .
