I have ask MTS to cancel my bill plan change request, but i got two different answer from MTS, i.e. :-
1 MTS customer care on phone ( [protected] ) says we have accepted the cancellation of plan change and here after 999 plan will be there for nect billing cycle.
2 MTS email representative ( Ziyaur Rahman ) says your plan is changed.
Two people two answer.
Please do needful.
I just want that, from yesterday what ever data I have consumed please deduct that amount of data and provide me 15GB(D) +15GB (N) data. I will not take any action regarding this. But if you are failed then I have to as this is a fault from MTS side. Was this information helpful? |
