MTS Broadband Internet Connection — Wrong challan for jumping signal

23th March 2022, timing around 7:40 PM Cidco Bhawan, CBD Belapur Navi Mumbai. My vehicle crossed Traffic signal when it was green, however Traffic Policeman has unnecessarily made challan and took my License and told me to pay 1500 or else we will suspend the license for three month i refused to pay for that wrong challan. Then they told me to pay 1200 again i refused
then 1000 then 500 i told them i will not going to pay for wrongly charged challan they kept my license and told me to raised complaint

I'm sure i crossed Traffic signal when it was green
please check footage along the traffic signal. I am sure no signal was jumped.
