Mts — Call Disconnetion & Not Provided Resolution | |||
I'mnew MTS user yesterday i bout your MTS WIFI DataCard, I was unable to use yourinternet service on very first day it was really very bad expe. that i wasunable to use internet service on very first day. I called up to your CC fourtime. One of the girl picked up my call twice and she disconnect my call boththe time without providing any resolution. Worst, it was realy worst, then Imade a call again to your CC to talk to your higher management person, thistime i asked your executive name he was Ajitkumar Chaudhary. I told him totransfer the call to his supervisor or manager, he said that manager has lotsof work & he is not here to take your call, this call duration was 30minutes and your executive put me on hold 10 to 12 min to check whether TL or Managerwill take the call or not. I asked his TL & Manager's name who denied totake my call, he assured me that I will arrange you a call back within 30 min.at that time it was 11:21 AM and believe me till the time when i m writing thismail i didn't get any call back. Not even provide me the name of that girl who disconnect my call, however all the time i had paid for each of my call because it was chargeable call for me. MANAGER NAME : Nasir Hussain TL NAME : Imran Khan Executive Name : Ajitkumar Chaudhary Names are as informed by your executive. It's really worst exeperience on very first day of MTS purchase. Believe me i'm notgoing to continue with MTs anymore from very next month and will not suggest anyoneto go with MTS (if anyone asked my exeperience now on).
