I got MTS connection couple of months back. Details:

MTS Number: [protected]
Initially, I faced a lot of connectivity issues, and tried contacting the customer care but was not able to get through the number they provided because it did not work and also I did not get any response from their customer care.
Later, after too much wait, I mailed them again stating that I wanted to quit the connection. I again raised the issue of bad connectivity. Obviously, no step was taken by them.
Post that i told them that I would not pay the bill since I did not get the service that I was promised of. Now, I am being harassed by their recovery department. Was this information helpful? |
