Mts — Cancellation of the MTS post paid service [protected] | |||
I wanted to cancel my MTS Mblaze post paid connection with number [protected] due to poor signal strength in my area, which cannot be used in my conference calls, and was trying to get this done by contacting the customer care.I repeatedly tried to do this by calling customer care, but i never could talk to the tele caller through the toll free number. Finally, when i delayed that month's bill payment, the customer care representative contacted me for the sake of payment.I told him about the cancellation request and he promised me if i pay the bill amount till that date, they will do the cancellation. I could not do the payment that day due to some personal reasons. The same representative called me the following day and i paid the total payment till that date, including the late payment fee, expecting that they will take care of the cancellation. In the following days i expect message from MTS on the service cancellation, but i did not get any. After 7 days, i again got a bill from MTS for the remaining days.I tried to contact the same customer care person, but not able to get it connected.
