As i am facing huge irresponsible response from your customer care executive i have called many times from past 8 days but none of my complaints resolved each and every executive says only one sentence that sir sorry for inconvenience please believe me this time it will resolved by end of this day.

Complaints are given the request for 40GB plan on 30 Jun 2014 that is not activated.
2. On 15 Jul 2014 3GB speed booster pack not activated from past 4 working days they said within 14 hours it will be activated its been 96 hours now..
3. Contact information its been 6 working days now not changed yet.
Whenever i call to your costumer care i need explain every time to every of your executive and have to wait for 5 minutes for there response and interesting is that they say i will arrange for call back with in an hour please trust me everyone and another response is it will be resolved by end of today so please wait sir.

My registered email - [protected]@gmail.com this is not at all my email address i have given the request to update it as [protected]@gmail.com even this is not happened from 5 working days not resolved.
Please resolve this at the end of today or else i will go to consumer forum and i have not able to work from past 8 days i have been lost 10000rs till now for your worst response and carelessness.
