I was purchase mts dongle in 1000 rs and postpaid plan there in no proper network in my location. I was complaint to executive but he did not came. I was called many times for cancel my connection but he did not respond, than y first month bill due but company not cancel my connection.I did not use 1 mb data also. So why i pay 950 rs for bill. My 1000 rs already waste for dongle. Please help me for doing some steps
