Mts — compalint about 13 september i am activate post paid MTS DF 800 9.8 mbps data cards thats data is bps 20 ..

13 september i am activate post paid 875 + 2.5% tax = 925 per plan .. but thats plan not speed above 15 kbps. this months is tottaly wast MTS money. 3 time i am complaints in customer center 1 - SEP/2440 2- 3835 but problem not slove... refund dongle amounts 1600rs. because mts data is useless..
