I am using the MTS connection for the last 5 Yrs.-[protected]. Last week I have taken a new number-[protected] it been a very bad experience for me because on 19th to 22nd july at every day and night they have deducted 30, 40, 45, 50, 58 rs. amount. When I call to customer care they told me that the amount will not be refundable, how could this possible that they have activated the service without giving me any information.
I would me highly obliged if you take necessary action & refund my amount ASAP.
