I have taken MTS dongle one week back, but i am getting very poor customer support, i am unable to setup this NEW MTS DONGLE to access MTS broadband, Extremely poor service quality fo MTS, despite so many complaints on customer care of MTS, no one from MTS is helping em setup and configure my MTS dongle...and I am not able to sue the same..
But I am sure MTS will bill em for the last 3 days where my dongle is not properly configured by MTS and i did not sue MTS dongle ...MTS is a cheat company.
I am not able to use my MTS DONGLE despite email of activation, .
I am a new customer. and i want that MTS should start billing me only from the day when i actually start using this dongle..
Customer care is not able to help me activate my MTS dongle...
I do not want MTS to initiate a dispute and cooperate with em in activation my dongle and only start billing when they help em connect to internet using MTS from my machine..
As on date 20th OCT 2015, i have not been able to sue my dongle and i should not be billed for this date..
Any wrong billing will go to litigation with this communication .i warn MTS to behave ethically and help customers and not wrongly bill them.. Was this information helpful? |
