MTS / Data Card — Data Card not activated / Dealer Spoke harsly | |||
This is Ruban G. My number is [protected]. On 6/10/2015 I have called MTS Customer Service and requestd for demo for MTS Data Card so they have sent one of their dealer but that dealer not even brought Laptop. However, I have bought 2 MTS Data Card and that dealer promied me that the Cards will be activated within 24 hours so I have waited util 9/10/2015 evening but cards were not activated so I tried to call that dealer (Dealer num#[protected]) but he did not atten so I have waited until next day (10/10/2015) evening but same again cards were not activated so once again I tried to call that dealer but he did not atten so i have sent a msg via watsup like "if the cards are not activated before evening, I don't wants the Data Cards and requested for money back" for that he advised me to contact his manager and he gave his manager number ([protected])and I called his manager and explained about my issue and given my data cards number and his manager said that "he will check the status of my data card and get back to me" but he did not get back to me until (11/10/2015) evening so I tried to the manager and dealer but no was attended my call then I left that day and waited until next day (monday (12/10/2015)) evening but i did not get any calls from dealer, manager or Customer care regarding the activation so I first called that dealer and I said that if you guys can not activated my data card before (12/10/2015) evening then I don't wants the Data Cards and requested for money back but he asked me to contact Customer Care for money back, and I replied that Customer Care agent only advised me to contact you for money back but he said that like "that and all not possible and you can do whatever you can and you can't do anything against me" so I called Customer Care again and explained about the dealer and inquired about the activation but that agent informed that my data cards were not activated due to proof is not clear and advised me to resubmit the proof to MTS Show room which is near by my area so I went there to resubmit the proof but show room dealer was not accept my resubmittion and advised me to resubmit the proofs to previous agent who sold Data cards to me. Finally I got irrated due to irresponsible Customer Service, dealer and manager and decied to file a complain against irresponsible MTS Customer Service, dealer and manager. Please take neccessary action against Customer Service, dealer and manager and I have spent more that Rs 40 for calls and wasted time so I would like to get my money back which spent for Data Card and calls.
