MTS Data Card — Disconnection | |||
I wanted to surrender my mts datacard last month and I called customer service they had instructed me to settle all the dues to person who will be coming to my home and also give a written letter to surrender which I did exactly and after a month now a lady called me and talked rudely to settle bills and when I called the customer care they r telling the person collected the letter did not update it and so the connection is still active and I have to still pay for the month which I didn't even use the datacard.
