I have been using MTS prepaid data card from a month. I m very disappointed with the services and speed. I was using 10gb day/nigt plan. The high speed data got over so i got a recharge done. I was not able to use since the speed was very low. For two -three days speed was same so i called up customer care and they said since your previous plan was unlimited one, the new recharge will only be updated once that is over.They said its company policy. They are even not ready to refund money. I had pid 899 and its useless. Customer care is also not responding.Request you to take it up and take an action against it.
