MTS Data Card — Mentally harassment | |||||
I had taken MTS Data Card internet connection & on july 2015 i already mailed to disconnect to customer care but no reply then i went to its outlet on 15th july 2015 to know the procedure of closing & that outlet guy checked my connection status & told me to clear my outstanding till that day & i immediately clear all the dues with proper documents, then he assured me that all formalities have done now within 48 hrs i;ll get a call from retention team just to make a confirmation from my side, after long gap on 21st july a got a call from its retention Dept & closed my connection & also asked him that, now every thing is done said yes, actually they closed my account after long time back for their negligence, then one month later frequently got from its customer care to pay 172/-rs, when chased, no justified answer from them, now they are threatened me that criminal offence will be charged against me. My question is why???? when i paid all outstanding before due date. In their mahimil, Mr Mohit Sharma-([protected]) is given to clarify any thing else but no response from.
