[Resolved] MTS Data Card — MTS DATA CARD new postpaid connection not activated. | |||
Hi I have taken a new post paid MTS data card on 25/6/2014 evening for an amount of 850 rupees. I do not know the sales guy name but his number is [protected]. The new data card number is [protected] and the receipt or form number is TNR90366018. Sales executive told me it will activate in 24 hours, but data card not activated till now 30/6/2014. When i call the customer care they said my details not updated to their records after that that only they can activate the data card. I sent the mail about this to MTS APPELATE but no reply. I am tired of calling and sending mails. I even do not know this sales guy has given my cash to MTS or not. MTS IS VERY BAD AND WORST in service and they not even listening my complaints.
