MTS Data Card — no data usage my data card and bailance end

I have purchased an MTS BLAZE ULTRA data card and has never been
satisfied with their service. First of all, they neither send any mail
nor any SMS whenever the data usage expires. When the data usage expires
without any notice, the net connection goes off immediately and I am
left in total confusion, whether any problem with the net connection or
the...folllowing e-mail to MTS
on 15 May following their fake promises saying that the Data Card will
give upto 9. 8 MBPS. But its not even giving 1 or 2 MBPS. Sometimes
it goes to kbps. Very slow
Please find the below E-mail which I sent to MTS.
After so many follow ups and call to customer care, they are not bothered to listen to me...sir im using MTS mblaze wifi data card. my mts number is
[protected]. and my contact number is: [protected]. when i bought this
the said me that i will be getting 9. 8 mbps speed but im not even
getting 1mbps speed . i have given complaints twice but no response and
they just closing the complaints without solving the problem...
