I talked to mts customer care today morning to get activated a 5 GB boost data paln but customer care noted it wrongly and activated a 2GB plan which is costly compared to 5GB if compare overall data use. I called back with in 2-3 hours (max activation time period is 16 hours) but they are not accepting their fault, rather they are telling me that I had told for 2GB. Their is call is recorded while one talk to customer care which will clearly show me telling for 5GB.
