Mts — Data consume very speedly

Dear sir, I am user mts [protected] last 1 year and i am facing data consuming issue 3 months back and inform to customer care but still problem not resolve. Example My data service resume on 16th every months and it have completed 20 th while my uses only mail access. So request to you pl resolve my issue otherwise i will discontinue your service and paste it on social site which will very harmful your company reputation Your painful customer.
