Mts — data usage and speed not provided as per advertisement | |||
my mts id is [protected].The MTS data card says that 40GB in 3GB speed for the plan 999.When I started using, I never got 40GB and speed as advertised.I raised complaint over phone and email however It wasn't rectified .I asked customer care to send a technician to check the speed and resolve the issue but they never send technicians.Customer care has got more time for collecting money every month.(i.e they starting calling before 5 days of payment).SMS also am receiving on daily basis.They never showed this much attitude in resolving the issue.Is there a department to check these kind of corporate activities, that what they advertised, whether they are providing or not?.I am very unhappy with customer care agents, calling on daily basis for monthly payments but never taken my unresolved issue to technical people.Some of my friends also has same kind of issue.They got legal notice from MTS for non-payment.MTS brand has to be stopped for giving false advertisement Was this information helpful? | |||
