Mts Datacard — Didn't get any information of amount refunding for charging twice

I had tried to recharge the mts datacard for the first time and recieved an error after making the payment through hdfc net banking option. I then recharged it again successsfully with the reciept generated. But i didnt get any message
Regarding the refund of the first payment for which i didnt recieve any reciept.

Recieved two mails :

Dear customer, your hsd connection recharge with rs.699 is successfully completed. Connection details are - customer code :[protected], account code:1, phone no:[protected] at 8.20 pm


Kindly confirm when will the money be refunded ? Please keep me informed on any information on the above complaint
