[Resolved]  MTS Datacard. — Lawyer threatening to pay the money

Dear sir, I was using a MTS Prepaid connection only for about four months during period(6/2011 to 10/2011), when i just made an enjuiry for the postpaid connection for the same number([protected]), without my confirmation they just changed my connection to postpaid scheme, even after my repeated complaints to customer care; no body was properly answering my calls. But i didnot try use that connection (they can verify my usage details);for which they send the bill for three months; but i visted a MTS store and expalined about the situtation;they simply asked me to ignore those bills, and said that will your no will get cancelled automatically. but, now after 2 years i get call from a lawyer named roshan saying that he is calling from delhi high cout sessions and i asked me to pay 1000 rupees immediate or will file the complaint on me, I am just wondering how a complaints can be made on me without having registration agreement signed by me for accepeting a postpaid connection, Please guide me.
