I had a connectivity issues with my MTS at my billing address . I had made a complaint for it. The customer care send a technician to my place for addressing the complaint and later i was informed that an antenna is going to be installed at my place more than 15 days have passed by but neither i have received any call from customer care nor has any person visited my place for the installation . now the condition is more than 15 days have passed i am not able to use internet as it is not able to even connect to the server and i am being billed . please provide a redressal for the same as soon as possible
