I purchased Mblaze ultra on 2nd July 2014 through online and the device was delivered on next day itself .
Now even after the 7th day device is not activated . When I asked the customer care, on 9th July, what I came to know is the retailer chosen my MTS (K.A enterprise) has not submitted the documents till 8th July also MTS is not responsible for this as well.
Now I regret for choosing MTS, which keep arrogant customer care executive and Ignorant retailers
