My name is Prashant Kr. Singh. I bought MTS MBLAZE Ultra on Aug 21, 2014.
It got activated on Aug 24, 2014.I got speed issue and i complained regarding this on Aug 31, 2014.My complaint no. is AUG/135550.After 2-3 days i received a call from MTS and they told me that device needs to be replaced and they told me to go to service center for this.I went there on sep 5, 2014 they took my device and told me to come on monday (sep 8) to get a new replaced device.I went there on time they told me it is not came yet come tommorow (sep 9).I again went there same thing happend.Finally after 10 days they gave me a damaged device as replacement which was not acceptable by me.I am still waiting for my replaced device.Device delivery date is not yet given confirmed.
