My data card number is [protected]. I am using the internet from this data card from past 1.5 years and paying the bill amount properly every month. But in January 2014, though the due date to pay the bill was 18th, the disconnection happened on 13th. Which means 5 days before the due date. When I asked customer care representative, they told its for not paying the bill and credit limit is over. How can a customer know that the credit limit is over. Atleast some representative could have called and told that the limit is over so pay the bill. MTS disconnected the service without such intimation call/sms/email. Without intimation the disconnection happened is one complaint and second is the disconnection happened 5 days before due date. Was this information helpful? |
