My MTS Mblaze number is [protected] plan 599 per month, billing cycle is 15 th of every month but i got the device active by 18th feb 16. I have placed a request of disconnection on 15 Mar 16, now the c care is telling it takes 30 hrs to process my request. which will cross to my next month and i will be asked to pay my next month bill also. snapshot image received on activation has been attached which clearly shows the device was active from 18 feb 16. need some help.
