Mts — Dongal is not working any after complaine no responce only doing time pass

Sir, I made complain to MTS so many time but they give complain number like FEB/9875 and after 2 days they will close the complain and say it will be resolved in 20 working hours but so will come to resolved the problem they only charge money monthly so plz do needfull.MTS NUMBER=[protected] thanks
