Mts — Dongle not connecting to the network | |||||
Im having a very bad service connection from MTS INDIA. 1) my data card doesnt connect to network most of the time 2) im not getting proper signal in my locality 3) upload is very high even if there is no usage even when there is no background process 4) my session is disconnecting half of the time without knowledge My friend Pays 1000rs/month and getting 40GB of data per month he says that he got a special offer .. i would like to ask you even im a user why cant i avail it . i would like to disconnect my service of MTS due to improper service connection . whenever i call customer care the one thing they say is please reboot and call us later.. it takes 15-20min for my call to get connected to your customer care and all they say is to reboot even though i rebooted it several times .. i will pay my bill and close my account please terminate it for the next month..
